Domino's Pizza

Very bad experience with my order. I ordered sandwich and it came without sauce . I had to go back to get the sauce and that person doesn't had any apology. Such a pathetic service . Dominos should hire good staff . Cashier was nice . But the person who was working in the kitchen was mannerless fellow . This location is pathetic . Better go to papa John's or pizza hut . They don't deserve a single star .

Horrible experience from this location. We ordered pizza from this location and the pizza was overcooked , burnt and bacame hard like chips upon calling the store they wanted to see the pizza as i am done for the day i asked to send some one to get the pizza and the assoiate was very rude, when i asked for manager to put me on the line she disconnected the call when i called again and asked why she disconnected the call the lady was so rude and suggested not to order pizza from that location. Such a pathetic customer service. Waste of my money and time. Avoid opting this location.

So I’ve been calling this store since 8:31 to place a carry out for 10pm. The phone line been “busy”. It’s now 9:53pm the store says they are open on the google.”, yet still no answer. When I pulled up I seen two employees in the parking lot talking by a black car facing toward MacArthur. I went to the door the sign says open the door was locked so I knocked on the door twice hard. The man on the back was mopping. Someone could of easily answer the phone or put the phone on the hook. Seem no manager of any type was around because they are suppose to be near the phone to answer. For the employees outside near the black car that was parked near the bushes you could of say”hey ma’am I’m sorry but we’re close”(with any type of explanation of some sort).I feel bad for the GM of that location bc Ik they had trained every employee properly. Plus online

Ordered pizza online. The delivery estimate was 25 minutes. Two hours later - no updates on the order, so it probably will take close to 3 hours to get it delivered. Tried to call to get an ETA or cancel the order and they just don't answer on phone calls. Probably my last time ordering from Domino's. Update: I actually never got my pizza and the order was canceled by them.

I should have read the reviews first. Order was placed at 6:30. It is now 7:53 and I am still waiting for the cold pizza that was delivered at 7:33. This is my first and last time ordering. I should have called Marco's. My second order finally arrived at 8:50 still cold and no Coke that they promised. This location needs to be closed. It say that it is a Saturday is no excuse. Weekends come every week and you should be prepared.

I ordered from that location for delivery. The application picked this location for me. I placed a delivery order based on my address that is on the profile. The app accepted the order and I placed it at 10pm for couple of hungry teens after a sporting event. At 10:50pm, I received a call from the store to let me know that we made your pizza but we can’t deliver it as it is considered too far! The store is about 8 minutes from where I live! When I asked why did they wait for an hour before letting me know, they said well the manager was busy and just realized the order. This is really terrible customer service and the least they could do is either remove themselves from the app delivery option or have the app filter them out based on the address. Because the app today considers them within delivery range of my house. Finally, it shouldn’t take an hour to get to that realization.

I order from dominoes all the time!! This is the 2nd time I’ve received burnt, cold and rubbery pizza!!! I ordered at 7:30 my order was “quality checked” at 8:01 at 9:00 it was still being checked. Paul the delivery guy was the most pleasant thing about this order!! You can tell Mariah and her assistant manager the black guy aren’t there anymore! Even when Stone was there I didn’t experience bad service! I can guarantee this won’t happen again. Because I’m done eating dominoes…

If I could give worse than one star I would because the service was every bit of unacceptable. After placing my delivery order I got notified I had to pick up my order due to lack of delivery drivers. Luckily for me I live 3 minutes away😕. Once I arrived I waited 35 minutes on my order after it had been placed almost an hour and a half before hand. While I was waiting I watched the staff run around like their heads were cut off. Staff touching multiple different items with their BARE hands and then going to touch pizza fresh out of the oven. UNACCEPTABLE and very disgusting. On top of that other customers were waiting on their food also just to watch the circus go on🤦🏽‍♀️
