Subway

The employees need to be better trained on proper customer service. They close at 9pm and without any sort of warning or heads up they just shut the lights off while eating which is rather rude. I can understand them wanting to close shop but they could've been more courteous about it. It's not like they were walking out the door right then, one of their boyfriends was still hanging out inside when we were kicked out.

I called this subway to ask if they had gluten-free bread. The girl who answered didn't know what I was referring to, so she just hung up on me. That's horrible customer service right there. I called back and explained that I have a wheat allergy and that some Subways carry gluten-free bread and asked if they did and she said "no", but why didn't she just ask me what I was talking about the first time? Don't hang up on potential customers.

Yikes. Roast Beef appeared to have green spots (it's not supposed to do that) so avoided that. Had to interrupt a constant stream of argument and conversation about the workers schedules to tell her what I wanted on my sandwich. Felt like an inconvenience to everyone working there for existing. Spend the same amount of money a block up for drastically better service at Firehouse.
