Customer service was great, food was hot, but I didn't get what I paid for! Called the store several times to let them know, you can't reach anyone. I paid for a bacon ranch combo and clearly got a mayo chicken sandwich 😔
Update: Came back next day, the manager was very understanding and apologetic and corrected my order ❤ I still bought more food! 🤣 Thanks Arby's for correcting minor error, now fix your phone so we can call you. Thanks Jose. It's always good customer service, hot fresh food and clean environment ❤

It's a damn fine burger. I'm not much for exclaiming on fast food as I am on customer service or speed of service and cleanliness.
This Arby's deluxe burger is definitely worth the trip.
It's juicy, more than a handful, flavorful, topped with all the fixings, and with a slightly sweet bun. Amazing this isn't a steakhouse 🍔 burger.
They're still having trouble with fries here, based on reviews. I wanted regular fries, I got curly. They weren't even good... I'm still giving five stars due to the burger.

They gave me the wrong fries once again!! I asked for fresh fries with no salt! Fries were cold. Roast beef and cheddar barely had any cheese on it!! People don’t care about the money you spend and u want your food correct!! Tried calling 30 time no answer!

The sandwiches were good enough to eat. However, the French fries were stall and old tasting. I had tried for an hour to call them and no v-mail just "Good bye!" That is why I gave a low score.

This place is okay but they definitely don't know the difference between curly fries and crinkle-cut fries. Tonight is the third time I've gotten home and had the wrong fries in my meal.....and they were cold. I guess they need some training on how to tell the difference!

Dining room open as advertised and clean. Food was fresh and tasted great. Employees were welcoming and friendly.
