Mabel on nights at the McDonald’s in Walmart is the RUDEST person I have ever met. This lady as a mature adult should know to behave herself better and not discriminate on those who doesn’t look like her. It is painfully obvious that she choose to assist select customers. When I came to place an order she was moping and she continued to mop and ignore me until the other young lady on duty came back from break to assist me. After I had finished my meal I went to get a refill on my drink and she was still moping that same area she had been moping before. I didn’t see the other young lady so I went back to my seat. I waited a few minutes and went back to the register and SHE was chatting it up with a couple (her same race) who had placed an order. She ignored me. I went back to my seat waited until she was done with those customers and went back to get that refill. She was back moping that same area and ignoring another couple (different race). I ask them if they had been helped and they said NO she just keeping moping. So I stepped in front of them and said, excuse me can we get some help? May I have my drink refilled please? She acted like she didn’t understand me after I repeated my self a couple of times and then I said so you can make French fries and fill the order of this other couple but I can’t get any water. In perfect English she said oh you want water? At that moment the other lady appeared, she smirked and she literally pointed her finger at her letting me know that she’s back so she can help you. A mess! She apparently didn’t want to wait on those of us that were not of the same persuasion. She’s too grown to behave that way. So disappointed in you Mabel!!🤦🏾‍♀️👎🏾😔

This is all about a very nice lady. Her name is Casey, I hope I spelled right. We went to this store on 01/09/2019 night. Her professional attitude yet to serve above and beyond inspired us to write this review. We love McDonald's but not everyday you see such an exceptional service. Please nurture your good employees like her McDonald's.You touched our heart Casey, wish you all the success in life.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. The people that ordered ahead of me had their ordered by the cashier and she was on the phone. Yes, on the phone while taking their order. Then I ordered my food and didn’t get my receipt. Took literally 20 minutes to get my food and it wasn’t complete. Had to wait 10 more minutes for my fries. The cashier just handed us our food without even saying your welcome after us saying thank you in a polite way. She looks like she doesn’t even wanna work there. Please McDonald’s, train your employees right before actually leaving them by themselves.

Woman at the counter had a name badge on labeled Ms P didn't get her morning coffee and seemed a little bit irritated and was very rude about serving me it seems like she didn't want to be there and absolutely hates her job. Won't be going back. I've done my fast food jobs in the past and have never seen someone who is like that.

That guy with dyed hair at counter will show so much attitude towards the customers. He will never greet them. He will not come to take the order until we call him many times. He will give more preference to the walmart employees than the customers who come to order some food. Finally, after placing order it will take more than 10 mins to get the food. Worst McDonald’s franchise i have ever seen. Here every one works in slow motion or in a night walk.

Staff members are very immature or are on drugs .....customers making "grill orders" hilarious .....they fail to understand I choose to spend my money here. The young female with yellow and black yarn ball on her head was the worst of staff members....she was very rude and ghetto when she interacted with the customers as if she was tired of dealing with people. Seems she needs to be retained badly !!!

Good place to enjoy the burgers and french fries along with drinks at most of the Highway Exits. You will definitely find this food place a favorite destination to kids for chicken nuggets, small/medium/large size french fries, fried chicken with soft drinks, variety of burgers and sandwiches with chicken and turkey etc. There will be a dollar menu as well to taste MacBurger with chicken and other meats. Recommend everyone to visit this place to enjoy fast food for reasonable price.

This place is really bad! I was here on 13th March at around 11:30 pm and placed an order-to-go for 2 Grand Macs, 1 grilled chicken wrap, and 1 McChicken sandwich. I also had a Buy1 Get1 Premium Sandwich coupon on the McDonald's App! At first they told me that the scanner to read the app code wasn't working. After much persuading I asked them to key in the code manually. The manager keyed in the code manually and it worked! I took the order and left the place. Upon reaching home, when I checked the bag, the McChicken sandwich wasn't there! Also the buns were stale and very hard. They were so bad that I had to throw the Grand Macs. Worst of all the manager lady did not even give me the receipt! Luckily, I paid using my card and I have the transaction on record. I will pursue this further with the appropriate authorities! The lady manager was rude and ignorant. The food quality was atrocious and the cleanliness levels were appalling! I usually do not visit this outlet, but since the one on LBJ freeway was closed at that particular time, I had no other option as this one was the closest!
