Papa Johns Pizza

I ordered two medium pizzas and ended up with a one small and the other mostly burnt bread since there was absolutely no sauce on it. I take the pizzas back to get remade and it's a two hour wait. So I settle on a refund which i thought I got when the lady gave me a receipt and recited the refund total. Luckily I checked the receipt before I left and saw I was just handed another customer's receipt. Went back again and finally got my refund receipt. I will be watching my account to see if this goes through and I will never order from this location again.

Horrible customer service from night shift. Someone should fire the entire night shift!! Second time, they have mad me wait over 2 hours to get my pizza, just to cancel the order! Staff was extremely rude and hung up on me multiple times, when I tried to get an understanding on why my “no contact delivery” was not left at my door like I asked. Then they said it wasn’t a “no contact delivery” , so I asked, why didn’t the delivery person knock on my door? They said I don’t know and once again hung up on me. This location is really really bad. Please save yourself from having an terrible experience and just order from a different location.

5 stars for a Papa Johns. I've ordered here over 20 times the past two years, almost always for a papa pickup (lg pepperoni pizza) and it's always been good. So consistent. Crust is the same, toppings are the same, lil yellow pepper guy is always there along with the garlic butter. It's always sealed and always ready within 20 minutes of ordering (we order at home, then drive over to get it). The staff are sometimes a lil distracted or busy, but I've never spent more than 3 minutes inside the store, and certainly no one's ever been mean to me. There's room for some more pleasant customer service (I think it can be said ALL people have room to improve in being pleasant to others) but honestly there's nothing bad I have to say about this store!

I waited 30 minutes for a pizza that was sitting there the whole time. Two employees spent the whole time asking everyone in the back questions and said I did not order at this store. When I show my receipt they say oh you wanted to pick up a pizza I thought you were meeting someone up here.....why would I meet someone up at a Papa John's? I said multiple times I was there for pizza that I ordered online and some how the staff was unable to assist until 30 minutes went by. No sense of urgency or accountability

The worst experience I've ever had by papa John's! Called to let the person know that I forgot to minus onion. Instead of saying no problem I can fix that for you, he proceeds to tell me he already made the pizza and then hung up on me. I have never had an experience like this one! My garlic knots were small and burnt, our medium pizzas were not the normal size. Unbelievable! I will not be back to this location.

The manager Alex is a rude person and has no ethics to speak with a customer. I ordered to large pizza's well done and I know how well done is. It is nicely baked not burnt to ashes. The pizza was clearly overcooked and burnt like cardboard and the manager was not at all interested in even listening to the concern. She was outright rude and was not interested in even speaking empathetically. Here are some pictures u guys be the judge. This is the first time I had such an experience at papa John's which is well known for customer service. Really upset about it. It is not about the money but about the loyalty of customers.

I placed an order online for delivery and long story short it took 3.5 hrs and it took my girlfriend going to pick it up. Still excited about pizza we open the box to ugliest pizza I’ve ever seen. No cheese, crust rising too much one side and no crust other side, cut funky and not cut lol… cold and old. Wish I took a picture of entire thing but I was hungry 😂 3.5 wait
