Came here this morning and parked. I was literally parked 30 seconds about to enter the store and this really ugly cashier (some chick with glasses like a 2 out 10) came out and started cussing at me to use the gas station or leave. The service from her was so disgusting. Will not return. Better train your disgusting employees to be respectful.

It's Thanksgiving, and the store was slammed! I was served by a younger gentleman who was, not only highly efficient, but incredibly pleasant, considering the obviously fast paced and stressful working conditions. The lady working next to him also seemed efficient at her job, and had a pleasant expression on her face. Neither clerk appeared to be "put out" because they had to do their job. I would LOVE to have this kind of customer service every time I visited a convenience store! Anyway, it was so busy, and things were moving so quickly, I didn't have a chance to wish them a Happy Thanksgiving, but I sure hope they have one!

Only had one employee and the store was packed. Come to find out they underpay their staff so they can't keep employees. The person at the register told me they pay them $11/hour which is ridiculous. Ownership should be transferred

This is the only 711 in the world that I have ever seen the espresso/coffee maker out of order for days and weeks. I don’t understand. Terrible.

I live close buy, been visiting this store for about 3 years. If you are nice to them they are nice to you. I've watched multiple Karen's get told to leave while going to this 711. If you read the reviews it's easy to see which ones are spoiled brats. It's a gas station, not Walmart people go back to your trailer park. people complaining back gas prices and 5$ headphones. there's like 30 other gas stations in the area. I come in all the time, once or twice a day. Lot of time around 3AM. Never have a problem. If I want fresh pizza or anything else, I've never been told no. No one has ever been rude to me day or night. But I've watch slez balls treat the workers rudely. So they get treated the same. It's just one of those things, treat people how you want to be treated, if you can't say something nice then keep your mouth closed and go elsewhere. yeah know?

I recently visited this store to purchase gas. I went inside to pay, but only one clerk attendee for a long line of customers. I asked if they could get another clerk to assist not just me but also everyone else who were waiting patiently. The lady clerk acted like she did not hear me. I waited more than 10 minutes. I just decided to pay at the pump, however, the pump I parked my vehicle was malfunctioning. It did not pump gas properly. So just left with only $5 worth of gas and extremely upset with that gas station's lack of customer service and product! I again visited that gas station to buy gas. I decided to pay at the pump. Because I did not a repeat of what happen last time I came to the store. The machine rejected my credit card twice! It told me pay inside. I did park at a different pump. To my surprise that pump worked wonderful unlike the last pump station I parked last time. I believe the store manager needs to inspect all pump stations are in working condition. I suspect something is very wrong is happening at that gas station. That gas stations is always busy so management needs to take better care....

Excellent staff but It seems they intentionally make the pumps outside not work so customers pay inside and buy other sh"t. The Carwash and ATM breaks down every second day. Expensive but U can find whatever you need.
