Ordered Buffalo chicken sliders and got chicked with a small drop of sauce, this place used to be good. Not happy at all

So after 3 months we decided to try this Arby's again, upon walking in no one was in line and we stood there for 6 minutes and not one person greeted us. I finally spoke up and asked if anyone was going to greet us and take our order, the manager who has been walking back in forth not previously acknowledging us advised she told other workers not to take any orders until the one person making sandwiches caught up. Perhaps she could help that person, 2nd she should put her hair in a net or or cap because her swinging her hair back and forth can't be good for food below her like the fries she was loading. Unfortunately this place is like night and day compared to the Arby's in White Oak. So we left to drive out of town to White Oak because they appreciate there business.

Arby's has good roast beef sandwiches at a fair price. I haven't tried any of the new menu they offer.

Poor service, waited for 20 minutes for 3 sandwiches, unbelievable workers no sence of serving customers.

I drove thru yesterday and placed my order. After eating my fresh, hot fries I opened my sandwich and it wasn't as expected. I drove back to the restaurant and was able to go inside and speak to an associate who made things right. She was pleasant and professional and I left, a happy lady.

The employees are usually very friendly here and I always get fast service. Even if it takes longer to come out, the food itself is NEVER a let down.

The hidden menu item called the Meat Mountain is fun! Ask for it hot cause it cools fast
