Lucci's Pizza

Went for lunch and had the best pasta diablo! My daughter enjoyed their classic spagetti and meatball along with their homemade wedding soup, complimentary fresh bread and dipping oil. Everything we tried was fantastic! Highly recommend this local favorite. The service was top notch- our waitress was friendly and very attentive! We will definitely be back again!

We visited for my birthday dinner. They were very accommodating for our party of 9. The menu was huge, lots of choices. They serve wonderful bread with their meal. I decided on chicken parmesan, it was delicious! Everyone in our party was very happy with their meals. We will definitely come back again...soon!

I got a grilled chicken salad. The vegetables were fresh, the chicken was overcooked, and the French fries were not good. $16 dollars for a grilled chicken salad the chicken should be good and the french fries should be really good. My wife got a crispy chicken salad she said she never wants to go back. I was with a small group of people and they did like their food one of them got fettuccine alfredo and she said it was really good. I tasted the sauce from a plate of spaghetti and it was okay I wouldn't say it was bad but it wasn't great but it wasn't terrible either. The service was slow also. She did say she was filling in for somebody so somebody was lazy because of a nice sunny day and didn't come to work.

This place has gone down hill, for maybe 6 ounces of a fountain drink 3.50, two beers 10.50, very small slice of cake 7.99, medium pizza that was so thin it had to be eaten with a fork 21.00,3.00 topping that was barely there. Food still taste good but at these prices and portions we won't be back. There was no bread with the regular meal either.

The pizza was so greasy, it was literally dripping grease. This is the second time I've ordered from there and both times the pizza was the same way. I won't be back a third time. We were also shorted a 2 litter that we had ordered. When I called to see if I could get a refund for it, the woman I spoke to refused to do a refund, and instead only gave a credit. Which I supposed I'm out a few bucks because I won't ever eat here again. She was incredibly rude over the phone, and sounded like she had no idea how to do the job.

Myself and wife tried calling to place an order, The phone rang off the hook no one would answer it, They eventually picked it up and hung up. We called back 3 different times only to be hung up on everytime, we spend alot of money at this place on a weekly basis at least $200 a week because of our big family. But they just lost a loyal customer I guess they are making millions and don't need our $1,000 a month . We ended up calling a different restaurant who answered there phone so we will start giving our business to this new place.

Come on Luccis! Start hiring more help!!! Your waitresses are slow and you have tables that have been empty for over 20 minutes and can’t sit people because of the lack of man power!!! I was there staring at 5 tables that needed cleaned for over 20 minutes and the waitress still say 15 minutes you need to wait! What???!!! Horrible service. Now I just literally watched 2 more people leave because of the slowness!

We stopped there because we had always had a REALLY good pizza., except this time.They weren't busy but our pizza was really burnt ,part of the crust was even black and too hard to try to chew. We told the waitress .Ate what we could ,paid the bill.Told her it wasn't her fault .We will think long and hard about going back.
