Tried to utilize the Subway App. Spent 10 minutes trying to save maybe $4. Finally gave up, walked inside and explained my exhaustion. Was told it was very common, however, there's nothing they could do about it. While I understand it's not the employee's App, instead of shrugging your shoulders and dismissing me, run the "known" issue up the chain and get it resolved. Spent my money elsewhere. I'll be deleting Subway's useless App and blocking all spam emails.

They charged me for a whole sub and I only got a half. I was not familiar with the area, and they knew that because I ask for directions. One of the guys was new, but the other one was running the place and he was the one who told me how much and took the money. I didn't keep the slip, but I know the sub shouldn't have been
that much. It was a half sub and small drink, and charged me over nine dollars. The sub was turkey and bacon and the drink was a regular size fountain drink! The guy running the place knew what I ordered, so he knew what it cost!

Stopped at Subway #31517-0. At 5:44 pm January 30, 2021. Sylvia and Sydney waited on me. Very polite_—greeted me when entered restaurant —-very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional.
Tried again to ordered on line but could not do it.
Both of these ladies Loved their jobs because of how they waited on me.

I visited the store today and waited over 30 minutes in line until I placed my order with only 2 other people in front of me. The person 2 in front of me, while the lady was making his sandwich, dropped the tray for the toaster on the floor, picked it up, placed his sandwich on the tray and put it into the toaster. It was not until the next customer in line requested it be changed that it was. The employee did not even change her gloves after touching the floor. The 2 ladies working spent more time arguing in front of us than they did paying attention to the orders or the customers. When I I finally ordered I stated I had 3 sandwiches to order. The first one was made and she proceeded to ring me up. I said I need two other sandwiches. She asked the other lady to make the other 2 for me and I was given an extreme attitude by the second lady. I had to state multiple times my orders. My sandwiches were just thrown together while the two ladies continued to argue. I ordered a whole meatball, a whole tuna, and a kids ham and cheese. I was charged for 2 footlong tunas, which are more than the meatball. I have visited this location in the past and this has made me not want to come back. I visited on Wednesday October 16th 2019 at 430 in the afternoon. I hope someone from the store or corporation can reach out to me on this. Thank you!
