Mod Pizza

Ordered pizza for our family to celebrate my daughters birthday. Was told it’d be 30 min and it turned into 60. Half of the pizzas were burnt all over the edges and they didn’t get the toppings right either. It was so disappointing. We have always loved MOD but the last few times we’ve gone we’ve had similar bad experiences.

Such a fun atmosphere! We were welcomed and greeted as soon as we stepped into the place. I had never been to a mod pizza before so they walked me through what I can expect. It's basically a make your own pizza. You can choose the size and type of pizza you want, and add on any number of toppings for free! I got a mega crust margherita pizza and added 3 types of peppers on it. My boyfriend ordered a heavier meat pizza with some peppers as well. Both came out fresh and delicious. Highly recommend!! Oh, and they had the best lemonade too. The marion berry lemonade is a must try!

Ordered a custom pizza with thick crust and I noticed that the bottom and outer crust was cooked but the rest of the dough was completely raw. I spent $24 on an order only for it to be inedible. I called the store and they transferred me and the lady who answered hung up on me after confirming my situation (I agreed she had the info correct and she hung up right after.). This is ridiculous! Could’ve been a simple solution by apologizing and refunding my order or getting me a new pizza right away since now I’m stuck at work with no lunch. Do better. (As you can see in the photos- the dough is gluey and raw)

Great food and nice service but gosh it takes ages. Never order online to save time. They deprioritize online orders. We stood outside with our infant waiting for nearly an hour while everyone in line inside got their food quickly. Managment should really adjust how they prioritize orders to balance online.

I've been frequenting MOD pizza for quite sometime but never wrote a review. My last visit was during the Covid 19 restrictions so I wanted to chime in. As a whole I felt the facility was handling it all rather well. Masks were worn and and there were curbside, pickup and as always delivery methods available. Service was good as always, I've yet to have a bad run with MOD pizza. Turn around time was swift as usual, the pizzas are cooked right away in the kiln so there isnt much wait time unless the over is full and they are busy. No complaints, the usual social distancing measures are in place as well. Make the trip.

Wow, what took me so long to finally check out MOD Pizza? (Because I don't like trying new places by myself) Unlimited toppings and online ordering, You can't complain about the food because you can customize it yourself, and it's always the same price. No additional fees, no skimping out on the layers, it's awesome. can it get any better?? Yes, I got a beer with it The vibe is cool as well as the service, the servers are all young and cheerful and take my many topping order with a smile. I love the way they mark off stuff on a sheet of paper that then becomes your pizza base paper. Highly recommended! Would I come back again? I don't know. It takes a lot for me to buy a pizza in general.
