Loved original glazed donuts, fresh from belt. Tried other donuts also but original glazed was the best. Coffee is good too

This place is like a pit stop for us when we travel on i-90, sugar rush with amazing feeling, I love original glazed donuts, fresh from belt. I tried other donuts also but the original glazed was the best. These doughnuts are ALWAYS good. For years I've been getting them occasionally, I have never had a bad doughnut.
Drive through experience is not that great, it is better to park and get inside the store.
Krispy is known for their hot donuts and this kind of quality is not what the customers have to experience even after paying and being there during hot donut time.
They have introduced Wrap Box for birthday I noticed, and I believe it is free of charge. Wonderful way to gift someone

Oh oh, bad day at the shop today. They were making donuts but don’t light up the hot now dog and don’t give out a free donut. lol, they were clueless on that company policy from the past. Then the donuts we bought had some problems. The Apple fritters were raw in the middle!! Wow that was a surprise. Bummer.
They always used to offer a free donut and have the window sign all lit up. Not any more.

Their donuts are great but they could have a consistent way to speak to their customers. We had waited in the drive thru 30-40 minutes before they closed at 3. And no one responded or told online that they had closed earlier in the day.

Krispy Kreme promised free donuts to high school seniors today, but ran out. They did not have the decency to tell customers waiting outside that there will be no donuts for 20 minutes. Absolutely appalled

Three stars only because Krispy Kreme usually has very tasty donuts. We pulled in 50 mins from close and saw the huge drive thru line so we thought we would just pop inside and get whatever donuts they had (we are not picky). Both lobby doors were locked though and there was no signage that indicated why. Just left us very confused. If the lobby closes before business hours end, please put a sign up!!

Please update business hours online & at the store. I never know when the drive thru or store are closed. Or at least put a sign out when employees leave early due to staffing if that’s why the store closes at different times. Other drive thrus I’ve been to have at least put out a sign or had a recorded message explaining why they closed early. I witnessed multiple people trying to get donuts & leaving just as confused as I was. Communication would at least be understandable.

This is literally THE WORST Krispy Kreme ever! Who the heck closes at 3PM!? Their drive through is supposedly open until 9PM according to Google Maps, but noooo. You get there and you find out that's closed as well at 3PM! They also run out of special flavors extras early during the day so they're extremely unreliable. As others mentioned as well, hot doughnuts is a marketing thing as they're always cold. The manager of this location is incompetent and needs to be replaced.
