Cold Stone Creamery

Truly disappointed. We come here fairly often. Usually it is perfect but came home, popped it in the freezer for a few hours and when ready to eat it, it was a sloppy mess! It seemed like all new people in the shop and when I ordered something off the menu the worker looked confused and didn't know what to make. What a waste of $20. Go to McDonald's down the street and get an ice cream cone for a lot cheaper

When we walked in it was clear that the store was a hang out place for friends of the employees. It was clear that serving customers was not the priority. I asked for a simple cheesecake ice cream with cookie dough mixed in, which I had to repeat three times to the girl behind the counter. In the end, she never put cookie dough in my ice cream which I unfortunately did not notice until I’d left. Given how much is charged, one would assume that employees could properly serve the customers. This was extremely disappointing and I would not recommend this Cold Stone to anyone.

Disappointed. They weren’t using mask, the sanitizer dispensers were empty, he accidentally mixed 2 ice creams in the main trays and neglected it, we asked for toppings for both our ice creams, he said yes but didn’t give those to us, and my ice cream had a hard chunk of something I couldn’t eat. I love ColdStone but this branch is bad. Not coming back.

I ordered delivery from coldstone for mother's day through their website. The door dash deliverer didn't ring the doorbell so my Mom got melted coldstone cupcakes. I called the store and they were super helpful in fixing it even though as I learned from them it was Doordash that made the mistake. I really appreciated their response and help to rectify it!
