Really irritating customer service. Guy rang me up for a pizza, I hand him a hundred dollar bill, he begins to give me change, then some other guy says "oh no we don't have enough change for that" after I literally watched the other man pull more than enough change out. "You can go get change and come back" no thanks on doing your job. How do you run a business without sufficient funds??

Sloppy pizza assembly, particularly when owner isn’t there. Employees don’t use the measuring cups for ingredients and wing it when he’s gone. Refused to replace toppings on a pizza because I had a coupon. Since when? Wouldn’t family size a pizza because I had a coupon. Add to that a bad smelling restaurant and a king county food safety rating of only “Good” and you have a really pathetic franchise. Avoid and try a different store!!!

I’m a loyal customer for the last 4-5 years but recently the pizza has gone down hill. The last few pizzas have had little cheese and this is important for pizza. The last one I bought had cheese sprinkled lightly in the middle but not around the pizza! I order online and post a time about 10 minutes before I know I can get there but still had to wait a few times.
