I was really glad to find a good dessert store for my kids, and I ordered 3 times online in 10 days. When one out of three 24oz quarts I ordered a few days ago was missing, I understood it could be a mistake, but today, one out of four items was missing again, and even the amount of ice cream was far shorter than the standard weight of the items. Since it seemed too unusual, I once measured them. Like the images, after making one proper quart by combining two deficient quarts, then it showed I literally got only 1 and 1/3 quart. The total weight was less than 36oz (1000g) including packages, not 48oz. Sundae also should be 329g according to their webpage, but it was only 8.5oz (245g) even including the weight of the cup. Is this a strong signal to me to not order too much? Am I bad at picking up on social cues? :(

Went two times in one week. First time employee told me that I couldn't taste test a flavor. Really stupid policy since it is time to get past Covid-hysteria. 31 flavors and you can't try any??? He was also kind of quick and dismissive. Saw another comment about him. Not surprising. Went back a few days later and two different employees working. Since I couldn't taste test the one I wanted to last time I asked which was better between the one I wanted to try and a similar one. I was told "I don't know, I don't live in your head." Was asking for an opinion, not diagnosis. Forgivable if the employee wasn't otherwise also rude and dismissive. Also, since I work in Cust Svc it takes a lot for me to call out an employee. Like they have to go beyond "not polite" and tread into "actively rude" territory. I'm there for ice cream though, not friendly people. I'd probably give 5 stars even with current employee issues. Current employees issues + no sample... ehhh. Ice cream was decent though. I like the chocolate dipped cones (even if both times I was told they were out before they looked and said otherwise.)

I ordered some ice cream and cookie sandwiches for my friend’s birthday to be delivered by Door Dash since she is not leaving her home and only wanted ice cream for her birthday! They did not have the flavor that I ordered so they called me and allowed me to make a substitution for a cake that was approximately the same price. They took the time to write a birthday message on the cake. It was delivered timely and she loved it! Thanks for the great service! I live in Virginia so it was extra special to be able to get it delivered. Thanks!

I have been to this store many times and every time I had a bad experience with this one employee. He has purple hair and he was very rude towards customers as well as his own co workers. If you ever come to this store and see that he is working, I suggest you go back to your car and leave. He is very disrespectful. He needs to be taught how to treat customers and his co workers with respect.
