Fresh The Juice Bar

I just got 2 32 oz juices which were good. I also got 3 large regular bows. Was handed my order. The bows filled the 32 oz container about 1/4. I asked about it to the young lady who said she could put a little more in for me. I asked, shouldn't it be filled to the top? She replied, "oh yeah sorry." Few minutes later she gave me the sack back that contained my order with the 3 bowls (in a uber eats brown bag) and it was filled mostly to the top so I said thank you and left. Upon getting home I look at the bowls and she simply dropped in more fruit. I guess she was in a hurry. So, to save time I think she just threw in some fruit and called it good? It looks like maybe her friends there sitting and talking, so maybe she wanted to get back to more important tasks other than helping customers. I have gotten this before and was very happy. The 32oz large size bow was filled 10% and the rest fruit.Not happy.

I used to LOVE this place, but the last three times I have gone have been really disappointing. On both occassions I've gone in to the store, nobody is ever there and I have had to walk around to the back and call out for an employee several times. It also took 40 minutes for my mom, sister, and I to get our juices (3 12 oz juices from the standard menu, no changes or substitutions). I just ordered from ubereats and it was delivered quickly, but my acai bowl was only filled halfway, was completely liquid with broken chunks of ice and missing half the toppings.. I love the menu and have had very good experiences in the past, but it has been consistently deteriorating for a few months now. I hope the owner can train the staff to get back to where it used to be because it feels like a bunch of teens who don't care right now and that would be a shame.

Love the menu options, super healthy, organic. Charcoal is available which is surprisingly unusual. Service was with a smile but was slow due to 2 trainees. I wasn't in a hurry so I was fine to wait. Kid area is fantastic. Only suggestion is to offer refund immediately if packaged food seemed off and I'd recommend checking the temperature at the front of your display fridge. There is a range of temperatures and the most important one is the reading closest to room temperature air. We will try again!

My boyfriend has brought me the best juices from here for a few months now. I finally went in today to pick up a 3 day cleanse, and met the owner. He is one of the nicest gentleman I have ever met--personable, helpful and very sincere. Delectable juices and acai bowls from excellent service. Thank you!!

I have been here twice...and customer service has been pleasant...no chit chat or how's your day going, but a simple "hello" and "I'll bring that out when it is ready", which is fine by me! It's a really large space with ample tables, couches and comfy chairs. Having the front doors propped open has made it a nice airy place to hang out. I loved the acai banana berry bowl aka: Regular bowl. The acai is made just right... not too sweet (like I have experience other places) and then with the coconut, granola and fresh fruit...it's been a great treat after a workout. Nice stop if you are hiking any trails off I-90 and need a refreshing pick me up!

We were visiting family in town and my wife came in and ordered a Tropical juice, but 40 min. Later Still no juice. Later the owner finally arrived to help a new employee. I don’t fault the employee, she was trying her best with lack of training. My wife received a free juice voucher and returned the next day. The wait was once again longer than normal or expected. If you are not in a rush or have endless time to wait, this is your place. Also add some music to listen to while waiting.

My family and I have had so far bad experiences with the person/owner running this place. The person ( a he) was offensively impolite to us. The girls working for this guy are all sweet and well-natured. But, definitely, the owner needs to learn how to treat customers and respect them. There is a better place nearby, called Bloom Juice, they don't server ACAI bowls but if you are looking for cold pressed juice, elixir, and healthy energy snack, please try. You can feel the warmth and passion of the people running Bloom Juice. I will definitely not taking my grand kids back to Fresh, the Juice Bar. This place is not what they are promoting. Practice what you preach.
