My Burger Room

I wouldn't even call this undercooked, it's basically raw. Same colour the whole way through, not just at the end. Dangerous. Edit: do you think people who order food have never cooked food? No, marinade will not make chicken stay red and purple inside. This is undercooked and a serious food & safety violation.

Very disappointing experience. Wanted to support local business on Uber eats, don’t waste your money! Order was quick and punctual but that is all that was good about it. Ordered veggie burger, onion rings, potato gems, and the deluxe burger. - order was delivered and they didn’t seal any of the items so all came open and exposed to outside... as you would assume also came cold. - onion rings were oily, think, over cooked and no sign of onion ring - potato gems were half decent except there was 2 types which was mixed one looked over cooked and old? Also cold - veggie burger - cold, thick and gluggy, bun was dry and they ignored my comments on alterations - I’m allergic to mustard - deluxe burger was again dry and cold, bun was dry and thick Disappointing and logic would say wrap up food to keep warm? Don’t bother doing delivery if you can’t delivery hot or even warm food. Pics are as food came in bag all open. $40 spent on a dinner I couldn’t eat and was dry and cold! Don’t waste your money!

Absolutely wonderful burgers! Quality ingredients, patty is large and beautifully well-spiced. Beer battered chips are crunchy tasty. The bubble teas are an amazing addition! Nice presentation with the cut up fruit. Service is amazing! Always get my burgers here and won't be changing any time soon :)
