Delicious. We had the pepper jack turkey and a veggie spud with two kinds of soup. Everything was excellent.

Where do I start? How does a restaurant like this not have any lettuce but romaine on hand? How have they been out of spuds for 3 hours???
This is a great example of poor management. The woman who took our order made no apologies or excuses.
I thought it being right by the Marriott would be a plus... WRONG.
PS They locked the door 15 minutes before they closed.

No “curbside contactless delivery” available as advertised. I’m not entirely certain as to where you park for this establishment period..I tried to call, was put on hold for 12 minutes..so I parked around the corner. To top it all off I ordered a salad and my bag didn’t include any salad dressing..staff was great..oh, also no fork. Yay

I've given this McAlister's toooo many chances and EVERY TIME I order from this location, It's either something wrong with my order or an online order I placed to pick up is not ready or the employees are EXTRA slow at giving it to you. Seems like there are NEVER enough employees. The ones that are at work acts like it takes them 20 seconds to process every thought they have in mind. In other words, you ask a question and you might get an answer in 20 seconds... YOU MIGHT! I'm over it.
