Horrible service!! I ordered a new smoothie, and I decided I did not like it and asked for someone to remake my smoothie. One of the workers proceeded to tell me that I was wasting the smoothie and it was not their problem that I did not like it. As a result, I will be contacting the manager.

I have the smoothie king app installed on my phone, and there was a buy one get one free smoothie 20(oz) promotion going on. The lady employee scanned the barcode on my phone and I assumed I will get the buy one get one free. I showed her the promotion after the transaction. She just apologized and said she couldn’t honor it because it was too late. I felt like she could’ve accommodated me being that it was the last day for it. I was highly disappointed but poor service on her part.

On Friday are the worst of days to go. However this past Friday there were more worker's not as bad of a wait. But please just know which one's are the 32oz 5 dollar Friday. The young man told me they are all 5 dollars. I paid almost 8 dollars.

The experience was amazing. The guys really took care of me and helped me make a sound decision. I had no idea their shakes were so healthy. And the fact they sale protein separately is cool too. I have a hard time gaining weight so I tried The Hulk. I will be back for all those calories!

I love smoothie king but that old guy that works there makes me not want to go to that location. I spend at least $60 every weekend on smoothies and his smoothies r not good at all. Just spent $25 bucks there and really want a refund😤😔😢

Great smoothies but need flours needs sweeping and counters wiped.. The weekend I went there was Friday and Saturday. Both days same trash on the floor. As far as the smoothies they great! 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Owner and managers work on that!!!!!!

Very disappointed..I am from out of town and not famaliar with the area so I googled the nearest Smothie King and this store came up, less than a mile and closes at 10:00pm. Oh wow, I was happy and it was only 9:05pm. I was headed to the store and hit the biggest pothole that I've never not seen and it busted the tire on my Mercedes. I made it to Smoothie King while the tire was going flat.I told my husband before I call AAA, I am going get my Smoothie King. Well, guess what? It closed at 9pm. Smoothie King in North Jackson PLEASE change your store hours on your website. Had it said 9:00pm, I would have gotten on the highway and headed on to my destination. #verydisappointed #newtire$300
