Papa Johns Pizza

Waited 4 hours for a delivery that never came. After several times calling them to see what the issue was, I Finally cancelled. I don’t know if they are understaffed or just unreliable but I will never order from this store again. As I write this review my friends and I were on our way to go get a pizza from a different company and finally our order showed up. We took it but luckily had already canceled the order and gotten a refund. Order was made at 7:30 and did not arrive until after midnight. This in not the first time this happened with this store so this place has lost my business and that of many students that attend my university. And another thing, when it arrived it was cold!!! Too long! Not good! Most disappointing pizza ever. Never again!

Ordered online before opening for an 11:30am staff meeting. Delivery for 11:15. At 11:30 I called to ensure the order was received and would be delivered. Team member acknowledged the order, said it was being prepared but they were short on drivers. At 12:10, I called to inquire about the order. A different team member said the order will be delivered in 5-10 minutes and that they were short staffed and had 125 orders come in. The food finally arrived at 12:25. Now, am I mad they were short staffed and couldn't deliver as they promised - nope. Am I mad that they knew this and made no attempt to contact me and the countless others who were affected by their internal operation/management problems - heck yeah! I had 12 very hungry and busy professionals just sitting there for an hour waiting for lunch. One call from a team member would've improved this experience - I could've made different arrangements or picked up the order. BTW, I worked at a Papa John's in a college town that serviced the University's football stadium - I know the pizza hustle. This is so disappointing.
