Mcdonald's

Please save ur time and find another McDonald's.... Walks away while taking my order to talk to some out side. Hashbrowns cooked in old oil. Can taste the bad oil. Egg muffin taste like it's been sitting. Hard bread and the cheese not melted on egg. The place looks like it hasn't been cleaned cause everyone seems to just stand around and move like snails. I get the same thing every time from McDonald's from different states and city's and I know what I am talking about. This place needs a new manager and a new area rep. 🙈 As I write this 4 girls are just standing and talking for about 5min when the place really needs cleaning

Went through the drive thru line had to get out because they were only taking cards....if you were paying with cash you had to come inside!! The line was too long, our wait time was about 20 to25 minutes out sandwiches the meat was still cold like they rushed to get the line down!! Fries was fresh and hot though. Need to do better.

Manager on duty took my order at 9:40 pm (coughing and clearing her throat the whole time). And no person skills what so ever. Then took the kids working till 10:10pm to give me my food. Cussing each other and playing the whole time. While manager sat in office yelling and cussing at them. Watching Me wait for my food and laughing. I've been to some bad McDonald's before but this was the worst experience I've had. Hands down. It's crazy to me that they are now paying what they're paying and still can't get people to do the job correctly. Won't be eating this food. Have no clue what the jokes from the food prep guys was about so no clue what was done to it. Save your money and go elsewhere

How it is you wait 15 mins in the drive thru for food when there is 7 emps and you're the only one in drive thru and one person in line making an order and you know because I came inside to demand my money back on some nuggets order. Very sad management on down. What worse you got someone in the line then tell me to pull down more so that car can get by. 🚫 Words that prompt a refund I am longer hungry.

This location make take the reins as the worst McDonald’s in the world… I’m not joking a one bit. I ordered breakfast at 10am. It was a big breakfast and with extra hashbrowns. All 3 hashbrowns were over cooked so they were dried out and crumbled full of grease. The eggs were supposed to be scrambled but it was just the folded eggs they cut up a bit, it was also cold. The sausage was cooked on one side the other was pale… and the biscuit seemed as if it were from a previous day, not fresh at all. It’s sad that no one seems to care what they dish out these days. On top of the entire meal being inedible and unsafe, the lobby was filthy. As others have mentioned this location has many homeless hanging around bothering the patrons for money. Security is just there for looks… They get away with all this at this location because its customers are 99% black and also the staff, they know that none of them are going to speak out about it. Sad.
