Andy's Pizza

Excellent pizza. If you live in Jackson, MI, you have to try Andy's pizza. It's made with a thinner crust, but you're barely going to notice the crust as the toppings are piled so high that you have to open your mouth wide to take each bite. We shared a number 26, known as an Andy's Special. It was delicious and head and shoulders above many other types of pizza. 3 of us shared a large pizza and we had 2 pieces left to enjoy the next day

So Saturday evening, (4/23/22) I was visiting Jackson from Saint Clair Shores, I was in town for my son's birthday. I decided to stop at this Andy's to get my youngest son coneys, since he doesn't get them where we live. It was 8:09 pm I opened the door and was not greeted, but was yelled at that they were closed by a 38-40ish dark haired man with a mustache, with his child sitting on the counter. The older women whom I recognized was making a pizza still, and said it was ok to order coneys and I replied, that was all I was getting. Then same guy yells " No We are closed". At the time I did not know they closed at 8, as far as I remember from living there is that they were open late on Saturdays. Anyway I have been going to your place since the 80s and will not return. How rude to stand there and yell at a person whose only trying to get you paid. Last off a suggestion to the lazy young man, IF YOU ARE CLOSED TURN OFF YOUR SIGN AND LOCK THE DOOR!

They have some of Jackson best food. But I think the owner needs to step back she have been rude the last few times and charged us 73.oo for 2 pizzas which was 43.oo it just really sucked we had to wait 48 hours before they credit your account back. But I called the next day and got hung up by the same lady. Not a great way to keep customers.

I called in an order for one large pizza, was told to come to the store in 30 minutes, arrived 40 minutes later and was told "Sorry, I fell asleep back here and forgot to make your pizza", I found out later this was the manager. Honestly, what else can you say, there is no care for the customer, the hygiene, the sanitation, even the food has diminished, it's really a shame I use to love this place as a kid. I'd suggest to anyone reading this you should probably eat somewhere else, they might make your food.
