Happy's Pizza

The owner from Happy's Pizza on the corner of Franklin and West Ave in Jackson, Michigan, does not stand behind his/her food. We ordered three pizzas. All three pizzas were ordered with garlic butter and Parmesan cheese crust, but none had that on it. Two pizzas had next to no sauce, and the dough was doughy. We gave the store a call to see if they could make the order correctly. The girl answering the phone had great customer service. She put us on hold to speak with the owner and came back with an offer of 15% off of our next meal.👀🤯 We told her that we would like our pizzas remade. She put us on hold again and came back to the phone and said that the owner said to tell us that he will not remake the pizzas that were not cooked or made properly. We then asked if the owner could come to the phone so that we could discuss the problem with him/her without a middleman. The girl came back to the phone after putting us on hold a third time and told us that the owner said that he/she would not come to the phone. We were DUMBFOUNDED! WHAT OWNER CONDUCTS BUSINESS THAT WAY?? He/She wouldn't take the pizzas back, wouldn't remake the pizzas, nor would he/she give us a refund. I went over to read some of the reviews about Happy's Pizza and the owner always responds as if he/she cares about peoples reviews and issues, but, we found that NOT to be the case. On these reviews, he tells everyone that has issues to call or email reviews to the restaurant, but we were right within his/her reach and he/she refused to do anything BUT give a 15% discount towards a future order. No thank you owner. This DEFINITELY turned us off to this Happy's Pizza!

The wait on the phone was 10 minutes prices were high had to drive across town cuz they didn't deliver for some reason the staff were rude and the meat lovers pizza I ordered had barley any meat on it it was ridiculous I mean it was mainly just cheese Happy's used to be my favorite pizza place but I will never spend my money there again I was extremely unsatisfied

I enjoy eating at Happy's Pizza. The food is always hot and fresh. I've order the Colossal Shrimp numerous of times. It taste so delicious. I uploaded a picture. It came with fries which I ate by mistake. If I had any issues the managers was on it. The staff that I have encountered is nice and friendly. Clean establishment. I had a delivery which was slow. Found out there was an issue with one of the drivers car that was in route to me. They resent my order and gave me a soda. What I do dislike is the amount of space it is to park. However, the parking lot is clean and there's still places to park. They now have a sit down which makes it convenient to eat. I can enjoy my food at ease. I hope they bring back the new cakes they had when they first opened up. They still have a nice selection of deserts. I just want the new ones they had. I like to try different things there. Excluding the ribs. I don't eat pork. I will continue to order from them. Welcome back Happy's Pizza SOOOOOOO MUCH BETTER THAN BEFORE!

I was happy to see Happys open again. I never had any bad experiences, but after reading the recent negative reviews it was pretty obvious why they switched owners. Today was my first time back since they closed and everything was great!! Even got greeted by the new owner and got to have a chat with him. This was my go to spot mainly for convenience but for the price and quality it is definitely worth it.
