Jimmy Johns

Used the drive thru earlier today and was very happy with the service. I had only eaten at a Jimmy John's once or twice before in another city and it was just okay. Today the person taking my order was pleasant and personable, and I was so happy with the quality of the sandwich. I ordered the Beach Club and it was so fresh and well made. I will definitely be going back. I felt like I really got my money's worth for the first time in a while while ordering take-out. It may seem like a little thing, but thank you to whomever made our sandwiches with skill and care.

Went here for lunch, and my husband went in get our food. The workers turned him away for not wearing a mask - we both have severe asthma and cannot tolerate a mask or other face coverings. He tried to kindly explain this to them, and they still refused to serve him. They did not offer him a mask, or to try and accommodate him in any other way. There were no signs on the door, nothing indicating that no mask = no service. The atmosphere of discrimination against people who physically cannot tolerate any sort of face covering is only being perpetuated by places like this. Will not ever be coming back to Jimmy John's if this is how they treat people. Edit: Our friend went in to get our food and said one of the workers behind the counter was not wearing a mask. If you're going to enforce such an intolerant policy, hold your employees to the same standards.

Was not very happy. Ordered on my app at 12:06 p.m. yesterday and usually get within 15/20 minutes. It was sandwich day and they were running a special so figured it would take longer. Finally called at 12:36 and was told next in line. My sandwich is ready and just waiting on a delivery driver. My co worker ordered at 12:43 and got it at 1 p.m. so I called again. Manager told me it was out for delivery and I should have it any minute. Delivered at 1:20 p.m. So my sandwich has now been sitting out for almost an hour. If I was next in line why wasn't mine delivered first out of the group he took? Not sure I will be ordering in the near future.
