Domino's Pizza

Ordered my food 2 hours or so before they closed. Ordered just a free pizza with my rewards and 16 piece bread bites. Got no email, no call, nothing and for some reason they cancelled my order... Didn't put a tip on the card I payed with, but had a fat wad of cash for the driver, but they missed out on that. Either way, I'm upset with the Francis st store in Jackson it's always cold, and most of the time they forget stuff. I just enjoy the ingredients so much I order. This one was unacceptable. Do better.

I have ordered from Dominos for years! Sometimes it's slow delivery but always hot and correct. I have had issues with ordering and them not having delivery drivers to take orders. They now have new delivery cars. Real pretty too 😉 I know short staffing has had alot to do with sow orders. Thank you for great pizza ! Keep up the good work !!

Bad service!!!!! Forgot the pizza because it got dropped on the floor!!!! Wow!!! Very sad and it was a pick up order and had to go back to pick up what they forgot it. Had to wait at the store for the new one to be cooked. And no extra to make up for what they messed up!!! Not going back ill take my 60.00 + order. Never again!

double charged for one order got one order refunded seconded order will be refunded tomorro im in hospital in ice you should be ashamed of yourself i will be contacting corporate over this entire matter never again will i order from this location the manager is very rude maybe if she treats people better she will have a delivery driver!!

The worst pizza I've ever got there was bare spots on top where there was no cheese no toppings and no sauce. Also they took over an hour to deliver my pizza and the Salad I order was upside down. I would not recommend this place to anyone and when I try to call back to complain no one answered the phone shame on you Domino's pizza.

Dominos has the absolute worst customer service. My wife and I had a long day with our newborn and decided to order Dominos cheese and pepperoni pizza with extra sauce and an order of Chicken Wings. We waited more than TWO HOURS. I attempted to contact the local store in Jackson on MLK Boulevard, but they never answer their phone. After finally receiving our order, the store had also gotten it wrong and given us NO SAUCE on the pizza when we ordered extra! So two tired and hangry NEW parents made our own dinner that night after paying more than $40 to try and have an easy night. This was the second time they have given us no sauce when we ask for extra. I submitted a complaint and asked for a refund through the Dominos website. All I received was an apology email from someone named Crystal and they closed my case. Will NEVER buy dominos again. Terrible pizza and terrible service.
