Terry is the best bartender and Manager always looking to make sure my family is taken care of.
The servers and cooks are amazing here always attentive to detail, food is always cooked to perfection.
Staff is always willing to go out of their way to make any family feel at home.

I’ve been going to Shoguns since I was a kid and on October 30th it was the most fun I’ve ever had. We’re visiting from Iowa and celebrating my wife and I getting married with family that still live in Jacksonville. The ‘Grill Sergeant’ was so much fun and he put on the best show I’ve seen in all the 20+ years. The jokes were awesome too. Thanks for the great time!

This is the second time I have been to this restaurant and again it was phenomenal. Our cook entertained our four-year-old little girl and made her laugh a lot and impressed her with the fireplace will definitely come back again and again. Keep up the good work. The calamari that I ordered was the best that I have had in Jacksonville ever, it was the perfect crunchiness and texture flavor was very very nice.

My husband and I came Tuesday night around 7:15 to celebrate our two year anniversary. We ended up at a table by ourselves and our chef was Kenny. He absolutely wonderful. From the start he immediately made us feel welcomed. We thought it might be awkward having a chef cook for just the two of us, but Kenny made it the exact opposite. We loved every minute of our time with him as our chef and our food was DELICIOUS! We have talked about this experience several times since Tuesday night. We hope to have Kenny as our chef again in the future.

Our family went last night for dinner and thoroughly enjoyed our evening. The food was outstanding especially the Hibachi steak and our server Paul was phenomenal. He was super friendly and prepared our food the best we've ever had. The only thing I would improve would be the air conditioning and exhaust fans in the Hibachi side. We would definitely recommend that you try it out

The best teppanyaki-style cooking entertainment experience in the area! The food and service are consistently excellent. All of the chefs are incredible, but Ben is our favorite! Thank you for such an amazing experience every time!

Food tasted good! Tempura was crunchy and perfect, sushi was delicious. There was one tiny bone in my white fish sushi and the restaurant could use a major update in decor and facilities.

Very quick service. Seated fast. Server was great kept our drinks full. The food was cooked perfectly and very mindful of food allergies at our table. Great time.
