Chick-fil-a

I will keep this review at 5 stars even though I have a complaint and had this issue happen 3 times. I go to chick filet at least 1-2 times per months. At times I get a large fries for me and a small fries for my wife. The portion in the large was exactly the same as the small. I said something at one of the times when I caught it at the drive through window. They corrected it and were pleasant about it. Other then this, one of my favorite fast food place to go to. I will continue no place is perfect. Things happen. But, I will knock off a star on this review every time it happens again. I hope chick filet doesn’t end up with a one star here. They’re much much better than that. Don’t start doing what other fast food chains do and start skimping. Not worth it.

It started out pretty rough. The line was going slow. The issue was me cause of how impatient I get. Once we received our food, however, things changed. The sandwich was perfect, nuggets great, and fries awesome! The staff, although very busy, stopped to get the condiments I forgot. Then, they were quick with the wipes when I made a mess with the sauce on myself. Great place to go to eat with an awesome staff, thank you.

A great experience all around. My daughter loves Chick-fil-A so we went for her birthday. I am so glad we chose this location, because the employees are very friendly. This definitely is due to their incredibly friendly and hospitable manager Tiffany. She my my daughter feel so special for her birthday and her overall personality is great. We all enjoyed talking with her and getting their Chick-fil-A story. Thank you all again for great service. We will go out of our way to dive at your location. Keep up the good work.

This is the one inside the mall across from Barnes and Noble and by the Ben and Jerry's island thing. They have quite limited seating which is why I'm only giving them 4 stars. If you visit during a busy time just be prepared to not be able to sit right there to eat. Anyway, I walked right up to the counter, but the seating area was already full. Thankfully one table cleared by the time I was done ordering. A line formed behind me though and I have no idea where those people ended up walking to enjoy their food. The employee taking my order was kind, but he did not ask if I wanted any sauce. He did try to upsell my drink as a large, though, but I said no thanks (why pay for a larger drink when you get free refills) and asked for some Chick Fil A sauce. Food was delicious as is par for the chain.

Great service, especially the night shift! I thoroughly enjoyed my experience where i was greeted, given amazing service at the register, and was able to eat in a clean dining room, where a young gentleman refilled my drink for me. Food was amazing and served in a timely manner. Overall better experience with night shift than day shift. 10/10 would recommend to others. NOTE TO ALL OTHER REVIEWERS!!! THIS IS THE MALL LOCATION, NOT THE ONE RIGHT NEXT TO THE MALL. THE ONE INSIDE THE MALL!! Can I get that raise now?
