Little Caesars

When I came in there was only one person working, who I later found out is named Amond. He helped me with a smile on his face and was very accommodating to myself and other customers who came in later. I noticed that his name was on a ServSafe certification on the wall and am assuming (based on him also being alone) he may hold a supervisor or manager position. I sincerely hope he is being properly compensated for running every position within this store without any other employees on the clock. I understand watching labor, especially on a Wednesday when things may be slower. However these kind of things really take a toll on people's mental health and often lead to burnout and higher turnover rates in management. He was extremely good at his job, as far as I could see, and I will be returning back to this location thanks to his customer service.
