Burger King

The manager that was on is the most sweetest lady I have ever met. She greets you with a hello and a smile, and always makes sure that if there is anything we needed she gets for us. And made sure before we left that she made sure to tell us to have a wonderful day. I just love her wish I I got her name and the next time I will get it.

I want to start this out by saying I should have gotten the name of the gentleman that took my order because he was absolutely amazing. I go in to this Burger King with a list for myself and my children and this gentleman immediately saw my list and started ordering my food for me and also offered up supplement items for certain items they didn't have. My order was made promptly, bagged perfectly, and all of the food was correct as well as the timing it took to get my food ready was absolutely phenomenal. Like I said I really wish I knew this guy's name because he was absolutely impeccable with his service as well as his speed to get my rather large order together for me and help me get out the door to go and feed my family. I definitely recommend this Burger King in the Yopp Road Walmart area.

This store is the best Burger King in Jacksonville. This staff is always polite (actually polite), not fake. My orders are always correct. Fries are never just thrown in the bag and they are quick. This is the BK that I go to 95% of the time. I ONLY go to others when I'm too far away from this one. Great job. 👏

I love it here! Always a pleasure and every single person here is so KIND. I drive across town just to go to this specific Burger King. Food is always right, they always give my kids crowns without me asking, and if you do have to wait which isn’t often they are super attentive to getting it out quick! Absolutely always a pleasure!!!
