Ted’s Montana Grill

We had an excellent experience at this location, the service was great, the food was phenomenal. I highly recommend the bison filet, it was so tender and had great flavor. My husband had the bison ribeye and was also very pleased. The pickled cucumbers they give you before the meal is a nice touch. The atmosphere here makes you feel as if you are in Montana. Definitely check it out if you’re in the Jacksonville area, they have lots of things on their menu that sound good. We will definitely be back if we are in that area again.

Seated immediately. Waitress was spot on with quickness coming to the table and constant attention. Great job by her!! First time eating here and food was very good. I had sliders and onion rings & they were perfect. Others in our party had steak & they were perfect as well! Great job and we will be back!!

Amazing experience, my wife and I came here for our anniversary, we’ve been before but this time was wonderful. Our server was Irma and she was one of the kindest most attentive servers we’ve ever had, always had a smile on her face and checked on us very often. She informed us so much on the menu and even recommended the bison brisket, which we both loved. We will definitely be returning again.

One of my favorite spots to visit in Town Center, the food is incredible but the service is better. On my most recent visit, our server Chase went above and beyond to make our evening memorable. He was incredibly knowledgeable, providing excellent drink recommendations, better than most bartenders I usually encounter. He was friendly, funny, and made the entire experience super fun. If you’re ever in the area looking for a good bite to eat and great drinks, go to Ted’s and ask for Chase!

Our food was delicious!!!! Our server, Kaylee, was personable and tolerated my husband's joking personality. I told her she would earn her tip!!!! Hope she enjoyed it! Only one drawback. We noticed splashed food on the walls in our wood booth. Walls need to be cleaned. If we had not noticed this, you would have received 5 stars.

Phenomenal service and the food was delicious. Were looking for something different then the ordinary places after walking around shopping. They were able to accommodate gluten free allergy for celiac so we ate here. No issues, everything was cooked well and all food came out timely and tasty. Good portions leave you feeling satisfied. We would try again if bump into this place, don’t think it’s a big chain.

Our first time at Ted's at the St John's Town Center. We dined between lunch and dinner while it wasn't crowed. Try the bison meatloaf and the braised short ribs if you're looking for something you can't get anywhere else. The food was good and we will definitely return. Our server, Megan was awesome. She was attentive, and friendly and genuinely did a great job taking care of us. Drinks were on time, recommendations were excellent and she offered us to-go drinks. She made our lunch an exceptional dining experience.

After an eight-year hiatus, I recently revisited Ted Montana’s Grill on a quiet Sunday evening. While the initial service was a bit sluggish, the waiter, though friendly, took 10 minutes to attend to our drink orders. Navigating the menu proved challenging, especially for those with vegetarian preferences, as the homemade veggie burger offered a unique taste distinct from popular options like Impossible or Beyond Meat. For a more satisfying vegetarian burger, Cheesecake Factory is recommended. On a positive note, the onion rings were a delightful surprise, perfectly delicious and well-prepared. The nachos also deserve a mention for being pretty rad. What's more, they accommodated my request to order off the kids' menu, even though I'm an adult, just because I was in the mood for Mac 'n Cheese. Surprisingly, their pasta surpassed some offerings I've had at recent Italian restaurants. Despite the lack of detail about the veggie burger beforehand, the consistently attentive staff made up for it by promptly refilling our drinks.
