Alhambra Theatre & Dining

Been a while since we visited this historic dinner theatre in Jacksonville. It was truly an enjoyable evening! There was a variety of food choices and each thing was very tasty and well prepared. Kudos to the chef/kitchen for sure! I was sitting in the back seat and our sever pretty much ignored me.. filled everyone’s water, took drink orders etc but I had to find her to get what I wanted. That was the worse part. The rest of the party did not have that issue and I am not a quiet person so who knows.. but it would not stop me from returning. Just notable. The play was well rehearsed and well presented.. voices were lovely and staging was great. Wonderful way to see a play and enjoy some food and friend time this holiday season!

I attended a viewing of Miracle on 34th St. I enjoyed their rendition very much. The food served, particularly the salmon, was prepared expertly. However, the "Crème brûlée French Toast" leaves much to be desired. The seating also does not allow for a pleasant evening as I was seated on the far side, on the edge on a table, against a wall, and I was barely able to see the stage for most of the performance. Some reconfiguration is needed.

We've seen Beauty & the Beast as well as Miracle on 34th Street at Alhambra for matinee shows this year with our 2 children, ages 9 & 11. The food is good, and an experience of it's own. Service has been great and the shows were very professionally done. Plan to spend ~4 hours there, and it's truly a bargain considering the quaint atmosphere & all that's included. The owner of the theater speaks to the audience to kick off each show, and we have loved supporting their local business. It's a wonderful experience all around, and we're looking forward to the next time. Highly recommend!

Although the seating for six is a bit awkward, we had fun. It's very difficult to see and be comfortable if you sit at the back wall/balcony area as the tables are very close together. Our servers were very attentive and personable and seemed to like their jobs. Our table relieved 3 plates of cold stuffed flounder, but our waiter immediately took control of the situation and returned with 3 hot meals. The musical we saw was Legally Blonde. Excellent performance, and I highly recommend going to this dinner theatre.

We absolutely loved our experience! We've waited several years to score a ticket...difficult to come by. Apparently there was a cancellation...must have been a few minutes before I checked...and SCORE!.... The food was amazing and an absolute steal at the price! We'd pay that just for dinner no matter where we go...but this came with an extremely professional show, and a nice group of table mates. The food was a incredible....especially considering the staff has to cook for 120 people within 1.5 hours. We loved the salads, the beef, the pasta and the desserts (still finishing mine a day later). Kudos to the amazing server as well. She was a doll! I was also extremely shocked at the quality of the show. I was expecting a more amateur production. It was not amateur in any sense of the word. The available photographs do not do justice to the production staff. I do not know where they pulled the 20 set pieces from, but it was exceedingly well done, perfectly professional, and a lot of fun for everyone. See you soon Alhambra!!!

Absolutely loved our experience with Alhambra! Dinner is served before the meal. Legally Blonde was an amazing show and it was done with lots of professionalism with vocals and acting both Incredible. The food was also delicious. The steak and chicken were cooked to perfection and all the flavors mended well together. They also offer options for kids and sugar free desserts for those looking for more options. It’s safe to say that this was not our last experience here at Alhambra. Cannot wait to go back!
