The food is delicious! I have been there for 3 visits, thus far, and ordered different meals and have been very pleased with the food and service. This is definitely going to be a place where I dine often.

I’ve been craving Pho for the longest and this place hit the spot. Really good broth and variety of toppings and meat on the soup. Will definitely recommend! The price was good and the service excellent, at the end they even give you a hot towel to clean your hands.

When I say I use to love eating at Pho 99 all the time this was my go to spot in Jacksonville. Not to long ago I stop going on blanding, because the servers were rude and I wouldn't get my food on time. I ended up going to another location, which was my favorite spot, but it got to hectic on the gas tank. Recently, I found this spot on Lane which was perfect, because this is my gem spot to go to. I was so excited to see the owner again. I really missed her and her staff because they do an amazing job everytime. The food for me was a 10/10, the quality and presentation was excellent, the bathrooms were clean, my coconut boba was perfection, and my pho was definitely seasoned in broth. I look forward to more service from my friend.

Had a really nice lunch. The staff is wonderful. Super friendly and attentive. The manager was great. The Phở was delicious and the atmosphere was open and inviting. Will definitely be back.

In the mood for casual dining? My first time here and will be back. Plenty of parking sharing a lot with eatery near plaza, spacious seating and floor plan with tables, booths and bar seating, wood floors and low music in the air playing. The lunch rush was semi full but it is a work week and more then I thought. I ordered hot Jasmine Tea and the streak, brisket, flank Pho soup. The menu is large so I look forward to traveling the menu! They were kind to let me hold two cold products I had picked up on my errands yet wanted to sit and eat. Thank you. Staff is friendly and diverse. Interior was clean and check out easy. I agree with another reviewer that there is a credit cards processing fee passed onto the customer. On top of a tip, it made my meal for 1 higher then typical. Just be aware! Still, a nice treat when you get tired of the same old stuff.

We just so happen to come across this restaurant hoping to get bahn mi, but we got something better. The crispy spring rolls were good, super fresh my daughter wanted more. We ordered a marinated steak salad it was so good, it reminded me of like a Vietnamese ceviche. The beef pho was good, the chicken pho was a bit bland which is the only reason i gave the food a 4. They ended our dining service with hot towels. Coming back tomorrow to try something new.

Food is always delicious. This was my second time visiting and this is my favorite place in Jax for Vietnamese grilled pork and rice noodles and Pho. Besides that the customer service is great!

Food was sooooo good! Service was great and very clean inside. Had the beef summer roll. I had PHO with beef flank and meatball the popular PHO. Wife had Shrimp PHO 🍜! And the Fried dumplings are Amazing !!!!!! You get 6 of them they are sooooooooo good love the cucumber 🥒 with it!!

Wanted Pho, and this was the only place open. So essentially it was a last resort.. definitely don't regret it though. Food was pretty good. I'd go back.

We love Henry and Vivianne!! The wife loves the marinated pork rice platter, I get the hot and sour seafood noodle soup (#31) and it is delicious every time. This is the best Asian restaurant on the westside, hands down.
