If you’re looking for a no frills, consistent steakhouse, this is the place. Service is always good and food comes out in a timely manner.

I am writing this review for one purpose, the amazing service we received!! Ms. Shaniqua was the most incredible, personable, fast working bar tender I have met. She is truly an asset to the business as well as the others behind the bar whom work with her. Highly recommend, enjoy!

Great food - they prepared my steak perfectly, didn't even add any condiments and then that strawberry pecan salad was fresh and delicious. Customer service is superb especially Leinaala and Keshia. This will be my go to every visit to Jacksonville from now on.

We took our son for his birthday, every thing from drinks, food, desserts and customer service was outstanding. You have to treat yourself to Longhorn, you want be disappointed 😁👍

This place I very good to eat and spend dome time with friends or family. But they need to do better cleaning there, and work on ger rid of some bad smells.

BEST Longhorn hands down. Every single experience here is one to remember. The wait staff goes above and beyond for every customer. Our last waitress even made a special sundae for our sons birthday! Curbside is always stellar. Amazing big portions and service that is impeccable. We spend our money where we are treated good, and this location can have the lot of it! They’re amazing and we will gladly visit every week.

The stuffed mushrooms had so much flavor and taste. They were delicious. The Half Pound Steakhouse Cheeseburger Combo (with french fries) was so very satisfying. Longhorn sure does know how to make a meal.

We went for our anniversary and it was by far the best experience we’ve had here. Michelle was our server and she was so nice and helpful! Absolutely exceptional employee and asset to longhorn. On top of the service our food was cooked perfectly. Thank you so much!

I stopped by to pick up a to go order and all the spots were taken so I went inside to have a drink at the bar while I waited and I just have to say I am blown away by the amazing service I received!
Shaniqua was the bartender and not only was she hustling like I have never seen but she still gave me great individualized service. We only really order to go from here but if I see her working, I will absolutely stop in again! Shaniqua there was no survey on my receipt, so I just felt you deserved some recognition.
Also the food is ALWAYS fantastic and consistent even TOGO
