The only thing better than the Insanity Burger and the fries was the outstanding customer service. Mr. Royce was very attentive to our drinks and other service related needs. The overall atmosphere was very pleasant and the craft brew selection was on point. This establishment has done very well in the areas that a lot of businesses seem to fail at. Thank you for a fantastic lunch!

I was a little confused on how to order when I came in. It looks like a sit down restaurant since it has a bar, but it is more like a fast food ordering system. They have the folded menus up front but no large printed menu to look at, which is strange. The decor is modern industrial and very clean. There are even fabric napkins and silverware! Our cashier was SO friendly and enthusiastic. I was surprised to be asked how I would like my hamburger cooked, which is amazing that they even ask. Service was quick and friendly. My M burger was delicious and chocolate shake phenomenal. The only thing missing was some whipped cream on top. I ordered the parmesan truffle fries which were amazing! Overall a great place!

First time to MShack. We were greeted with friendly staff and our food arrived faster than a drive through. Awesome. Had the M Burger (their signature) and it was good but smaller than I expected and nothing extraordinarily special. Chocolate shake to wash it down was delicious but I was super disappointed there was no whipped cream or cherry. Minus 1 star. Clean bathrooms and cool environment. Worth a stop for sure.

My favorite places to go. Best sandwiches in Jacksonville and everything is well made and handcrafted. No corners cut everything is always delicious and cooked to perfection. Never have to wait long if at all and always have a great time. Always taken care of well love the staff love the atmosphere. Make sure to try the pork belly when you come in as well as the insane monster burger which is just a burger between two grilled cheeses.

It was an amazing burger joint in Jacksonville. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was neat. There was a bar (though can’t say the quality as I am under 21 and can’t drink.) We got the food fairly quickly even though we had a group of nine. I will definitely go back if I am in the area. The burger was one of the best, for a great price. The downside was that finding parking was horrendous. It did not help that we were trying to find a spot for a 15 passenger van at dinner time, but there was not a single spot open in the parking lot out front. We ended up parking a block and a half away.

Fun and easy place to eat! This place has been on my list for a while now, and an article said that I needed to try the Donut Burger and the Marshmallow Brûlée milkshake. Unfortunately, the my don't have the donut burger anymore, so I got the next most unhealthy thing - the Insanity Burger. I don't eat beef, so I got turkey parties instead, and it was fairly good! It did get a little plain after a while, though. However, I like the little peppers that they put in their turkey burgers. The paper bowls were a little hard to eat these big burgers out of. The milkshakes were really good and I can't wait to try the Oreo Cheesecake milkshake next time!
