We eat here 2-3x a year for my bday/fathers/… with my daughters. We always dig the steak/shrimp/chicken and the service is great! Such a fun atmosphere, they hibachi it up right in front of ya. Humorous chefs are cool. Been going her for 15 years. They work well with my daughter’s egg allergy too. Is my fave place to eat.

Food is good and reasonably priced. Be careful with sushi though, they say “tempura” is shrimp and always shrimp even though it is actually a method of preparing several different proteins.

Food was amazing as ever, portions are still served adult size here! I see where others skimp, not here! Server was phenomenal and chef was just pure joy with his amazing skills! Mmmm yummy!

Went for a low key dinner with my good friend Lisa. The restaurant found out it was my Birthday and brought dessert and sang, the chef also made it more fun giving me a hard time, and the server was fantastic. Very cool people, great vibe and good company, and tasty food and excellent service!

This is my favorite restaurant. The quality of the food is really good. I always get filet mignon with double rice. My boyfriend gets chicken & shrimp with double rice. We try to get there when they open because it does get busy on weekends. It makes for a great date night!

Darumas seems to have gotten the magic of a great meal a good atmosphere and great service combined together for a wonderful evening out.
My wife and I have been dining here for years and have long since given up grill table to the quiet of the table dining experience.
We always get a great meal and very very good service.
The shrimp and scallops bring us back over and over.
We have pretty much tried the whole menu over the years and never had a bead meal here.
Prices have slowly gone up and this restaurant is not easy on the wallet, but worth it to me.

Food was great. The show could have been better. He didn't do as many tricks and we had people with us that had never been to one before. And no shrimp appetizer. So I guess that has changed. I haven't been in a while. Otherwise great.

Great place if you love Japanese food. We normally go here for the teppanyaki. Be sure to come with an empty stomach if you order this. Each meal comes with soup, salad, rice, vegetables, noodles and the proteins of your choice.
I typically go with the teriyaki chicken and my wife orders the steak. The sushi here is also very good.

My favorite hibachi restaurant in Jacksonville! The chicken teriyaki is my go to fish and I love the sautéed vegetables and ginger dressing they give with the salad! They are always kind, fast, and the prices are good for all the food you get!
