Panera Bread

I never think of Panera for lunch, partly because this branch is fairly well hidden - but we were walking past and decided to give it a go. The good was amazingly tasty - it does make me think to go back. Sandwich was great, though the bag of potato chips always seems a little underwhelming as a side. The flat bread pizza did not disappoint - larger that expected and very tasty. I do love the iced tea choices too!

This was My first visit to this location. A lot of the ingredients in our salads were not available; I am giving 5 stars because they handled things perfectly, the cashier who took our order was new so she wasn't completely familiar with what ingredients were available yet she was pleasant and helpful in her recommendations and Seth the manager made sure we were happy, our salads were customized with what they had at hand and they worked well as a team. They were pleasant and I will definitely be back. The store was clean and everything was delicious. Good Job!

I frequent Panera's everywhere I travel and not all locations are as pleasant an experience as this one. The San Jose Panera is very well run, clean, with attentive and very friendly team members. We were there for several hours and the managing partner, Steve, was out in the lobby greeting guests, helping team members, wiping down tables, taking out trash, and making sure that the restaurant was running smooth. This is the way Panera ought to be... Big company quality with a personal, community Coffee House Cafe feel. I highly recommend this location

Although it’s enjoyable to speak to someone at the counter, I really enjoy using the kiosk to order. This location had about 5 empty kiosk when I walked in and a good sized line at the front desk. I was able quickly pull up my account and process my order. By the time I filled up my water, sat down and pulled out the laptop.. my order was delivered. The service here was great. Very friendly staff. The food was also great. I decided to try something new, and it didn’t disappoint. It easy to try something new, when everything is fresh and delicious. Great job! Highly recommended!
