I've been coming here for over 7 years. Staff friendliness/attitude and helpfulness is FINALLY improving across all sections. Same with the overall selection and variety. It's regularly revamped and improved upon and I really like that. I have to mention that the new "Beyond burger" is incredibly overpriced -but so delicious. The prepared food areas as a whole have come a long way. Very pleased with that. Love the growing cold section and gluten free bakery. The "supplement area" staff (dark haired woman specifically) is still pretty short and huffy when you ask her for help. Would be nice if they hired someone more knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and eager to help. Lastly, it would be great if they opened earlier! Seriously. I think that being able to shop before work for breakfast items would be convenient for SO many customers. (It might even cut down on some of their mad lunch rush that is so frustrating to shop in). They open when most working people are already at work, seemingly giving winn dixie and publix an edge. All that said, I recommend you shop here!

I love this place. They've really improved their prices and discounts, they are way more competitive. I'm big on natural and organic things as well as being as cheap as possible. Like all places somethings are cheaper here and some things aren't. They also have great smoothies, juices, beer, wine, small plates, prepared foods, and more. They pack quite a bit into a small space and make it work very well. The staff is great. Very knowledgeable and helpful. They have indoor seating at the juice bar area and front of the store as well as outdoor seating. They have recycling bins as well.

WHOA! I thought I had it good in Nashville, TN, but if you could bring this store to Tennessee, that would be awesome. Friendly staff, amazing cold brew coffee, orange juice, and breakfast sandwiches. As a visitor to Jacksonville, you can tell this place is a staple. A number of cars were already parked outside five minutes before opening on a Sunday. This was a good sign, and it came true. Looking around the store, I would grocery shop here. Amazing selection and price. Sadly, I am on a roadtrip, so a quick breakfast was worth the visit :)

I've been going to the store now for over 12 years and I finally gotten around to writing a review. In my opinion they have a better selection of Quality Meats than you would find at Earth Fare. I also like that they carry a good selection of lacto fermented products. In the past I wanted to order a case of a particular product and they accommodated me and it was shipped into their store for me to pick up quickly. Two thumbs up on their produce department too.

The Baymeadows Road Native Sun Natural Foods Market is sandwiched inbetween stores in the front and a storage facility in the rear. It is clean and organized. The store has a variety of healthy food options some of them are made on the spot in the deli and juice bar areas. If you want the wings from the deli department, don't wait until the hour before the store closes or you might be out of luck. The have a decent selection of wine and beer along with soft drinks so you have a number of choices. For most of the their items they have a few options/brands to choose from. Recently I have discovered Dandies marshmallows and I have not seen them anywhere else. The marshmallows are exquisite if that is your type of thing. If you are looking for alternatives to beauty products, need supplements, etc. the selection is large and someone is usually around to provide assistance if needed. I can eat them right out of the bag. Good store, it is definetly worth the trip.
