The young woman at the counter was very friendly and working hard. While everyone seemed very grumpy, she remaind calm and kind. My reciept says her name was Alex M but her name tag said caitlin I think....Thanks!!

I personally would have appreciated if the team member at the window had smiled or been a bit more excited to be working that day. Over all it was a good experience at this location.

Good food had the hand breaded chicken sandwich and my husband had the chicken club sandwich. Service was good. The sweet tea good not overly sweet.

Glad they brought back the Asian Salad. The egg roll were much smaller than we remember and a little overcooked. The drink area needed cleaning. The counter there was sticky. Staff was friendly but short staffed during our visit.

I really enjoy this location. I like to get the Big Zax Snack tossed in tongue torch with ranch. I know it sounds hot but it really isn’t. More favorable than anything. And they have the good ice too (ice lovers know what I mean lol). And the cookies are so soft and fresh. I believe there is outdoor seating here as well. But many options seating wise inside (booth, tables, high tops).

Went through drive-thru. A slight wait until I go to place my order. Very friendly staff. Apologize for my wait at the speaker and needing to pull up and wait on my order. Food as fresh and yummy

So we ordered ahead using the app. When we got to the store our order was ready. Had just been made so it was nice and hot and fresh. The food was very tasty. Ordering through the app was very easy to do and as always the prices are always fair. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

There's not much to not like for fried chicken and fries :-)
The dining room seems less used recently, so no big wait - though I've seen the drive through get quite backed up.
I don't love the polystyrene boxes, particularly for dine-in - but I get it, hopefully they'll switch to something more recycle-friendly in the future.
The coke machine has plenty of variety, though seemed to be low on gas and ice when we visited.
There are shelves for pick-up orders including driver services, added since we last dined in.

Kitchen staff didn’t have order ready and the cashier had to ask for a couple times before it came out. They were swearing a lot and obviously sick of work. The short cashier with brown hair here was super sweet and helpful! This is the only reason I’m giving them 5 stars.
