Firehouse Subs

This is a GREAT Firehouse Subs restaurant!!! I frequent them often. Yesterday, I ordered the "Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket". Lisa made one of the best Firehouse brisket sandwiches I've had!!! Javoris, who is the manager of this restaurant, was stellar! So between him and Lisa, they both displayed OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE plus my sandwich was absolutely DELISH!!! This restaurant has a very nice crew and you can see that they do their utmost to provide great customer service. KUDOS all-around!!! Thank you and keep up the super job!!!

My family and I love firehouse, we went to this location for the first time in January, we normally went to the cassat Ave location,we will never return back there, and the Roosevelt location is by far the best in Jax. Javoris is always so bright and friendly when we come in it makes our experience great every time. I highly recommend this location,

Edit/update: when returning home the order was incorrect. I called and everything was fixed and the service was very much improved. Food and service are usually geat, but this last time I ordered curbside service online. My order was correct but when calling to let them know I had arrive I was placed on hold for 4 minutes to see employees conversing with one another and ignoring my call, and at that point I had to go. So I had to go inside the restaurant (which is not something I want to do during a pandemic-hence the curbside service selection).

The staff and food was amazing!!! I don’t go out to eat very often because I have a serious allergy to eggs. Everyone was very attentive to read ingredients and to use new clean cutlery to prevent any cross contamination. My sandwich was delicious and the great staff helped make this my new go to for subs!!!
