Overall give Fancy Sushi on Collins restaurant an 8.5 out of 10. Very satisfied experience, amazing food, great service, and not bad for prices. Went during the lunch special and ordered chicken and steak habachi, strawberry nigiri and the maki two sushi rolls; the spicy salmon roll, Alaska roll. I really recommend ordering the drink it's absolutely delicious and very smooth. The sushi itself was very delicious and not too bad, very fresh. The Habachi was hot ready and yummy. When you order you have complimentary soup or salad we got both. They also gave us sushi seasonal roll of the day complimentary just for dining in with them. Definitely recommend coming to eat during lunch times 11am- 3pm for the lunch specials. The staff were extremely attentive and very nice

Amazing service and even better food! Sushi is great quality and the chefs do an amazing job. Hibachi is extremely fair priced co sidering the amount of food you get. Best sushi in the area.

Great dining experience here. Very nice new restaurant with nice ambience and great sushi. Our server was super attentive and had great recommendations every though we showed up about 30 minutes before closing, and even brought us an extra appetizer courtesy of the chef. Really enjoyed our dinner here.

Some of the best sushi in orange park!
I've been ordering take out from here for the last few months and it's always been good. Would always recommend this place for any sushi and their milk tea is one of the best in the area. My favorite is the 🥭 mango sushi roll!

The staff is EXTREMELY nice and caring towards their customers. They offer a free Holiday roll on the house every visit. It’s so much food that my mom and I usually share one hibachi dinner together. Would totally recommend Fancy Sushi! 😋

This is a little gem of a restaurant. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The hibachi was a little under flavored but good. The rolls were on point though. It got really full really quickly so I can see there being a wait on busier days.

The place is clean, the staff is friendly and the food was served hot and in a timely fashion. I was given complimentary holiday roll sushi. It was just ok... fried a lil too crisp for my liking but it was free so whatever.
I ordered the dynamite roll and hibachi chicken and shrimp. Everything was delicious and I had plenty of left overs. I will definitely dine again

Really good food, decently priced. Food was quick, hot and delicious! The place was clean and organized. Waitresses are helpful and keep up. I've seen this place for years and decided to give it a try. I've been missing out. Definitely go by here if you are in the mood for good food and atmosphere.

This sushi place is always neat and refreshing. The service, prompt, friendly and attentive. The food...the food are fresh and well made!

Forgot to mention they also offer a limited boba drink menu and other speciality fruit drinks.
