Place is always on time, way better than taco bell when you want your craving crushed. Sometimes the quality is lacking but I really think it's an over sight due to business.

I've never had any problems here. The food is always good. The last time I visited, I believe a few people called out. They took a while to make the food, but I was able to walk out with it. I have to give them credit for being alone and doing what they could to get the orders done. There were about 15 pending orders when I got there.

I was initially disappointed with my order when it arrived with my 3 orders of queso, salad, quesadilla.....and only a half a bag of chips! However, after calling and speaking with the manager, Sebastian....he PERSONALLY drove 2 more bags of chips to my house to make it right. Now that is customer first service! Thank you so much Sebastian for going above and beyond!

Sebastian just took the number one spot for greatest employee of all time. Beating out second, third, and fourth place whom were all very attractive females, and thus had an unfair advantage. Quite an amazing feat. If you eat here and notice Sebastian, please revere him as an hospitality God! My order was wrong and I was in a personal effects – he could have hid behind the corporate jargon that has ruined everything, but went the extra mile (see what I did there?) personally.

I love Moes. I was there a few nights ago. The young lady making my taco did not wear a mask even though the sign on the door said they were required. I got take out. The food is consistently delicious.

Excellent. I hadn't been to this particular Moe's in over a yr but I was in the area doing errands & popped in to get a to-go order. I had a free birthday burrito that I wanted to have as a salad. I was graciously accommodated. Professional & courteous staff. Place was clean & staff wore masks & gloves.

First time at Moe's southwest grille! I got the burrito bowl. You can choose whatever you want and make the tastiest burrito bowls. I'll be going back. The free chips and salsa is an added Bonus!!

If you think you're gonna get better customer service anywhere else, you'd be wrong. Moe's as a whole is a great company, but this one in Tinseltown is the best in Jax! The management team really makes this location just perfect, especially the General Manager. Super friendly of course, and knowledgeable about the food, company history, etc.
8/8 would recommend mate!

I honest don't like eating at chain restaurants as I prefer to support mom and pop joints, but I liked Moe's. The food was delicious and the portion size was excellent. The employee even gave my wife free guacamole! Three location was clean and we'll kept. Overall, it was a great experience!

Food was good. Only two or three people inside, so very quiet. Very close to the Tinseltown theater. You can walk from the theater to this Moe's. Food was good. Learned that the Homewrecker and Joey Bag of Donuts are only separated by a serving of guac.
