Chili's Grill & Bar

My mother took me here for my birthday and I loved it! The waitresses were super sweet and helpful. They even had my husband's street corn remade without additional costs when he accidentally dropped it, even though he offered to pay extra for it since it was his fault for accidentally dropping his corn. My mom did complain that the ribs were way overcooked and "lousy" though. I had the Trio Fajita and that was really good, so I loved it!

So not even realizing it was Sunday at 1 in the afternoon we pulled up to Olive garden and they were packed so we scooted over to Chili's instead. We started with some cheese sticks which were HUGE. Almost as big as your hand literally! And there were 4 or 5. They have really changed the menu since I was there last. Now they have bbq and burgers plus their usuals. But after the monstrous cheese sticks I got the pick 3. Which is pretty much a "pick 3 appetizer" kind of deal. I got chicken bits and chicken fingers. 1 was honey Sriracha and 1 was mango habanero but I can't remember which was which but the fingers were awesome but sooooo freaking hot. But they were nice and crispy but not break your teeth hard.. just right... And the bone out were ok and the burger bites which there was 2 of tasted and looked like homemade grilled patties not premade frozen... But there's nothing on them so if you want condiments remember to ask..

Everywhere has their ups and downs but we waited about 40 minutes for our curbside pickup order realizing that it didn’t seem like the orders were being paid any attention to. We decided to call and Kayla answered the phone and she got it out quick for us!! We saw her walk though the back door, she seemed to have just gotten back or on her shift and jumped right in and helped us. Props to her for making sure the customers needs were met. The other girl that was in there seemed to maybe be sitting down and when multiple other people doing curbside pickup started to go in that’s when she got up and started to get orders out. Regardless of the first impression, the food was good and Kayla’s service changed our mind. Great job.

I wanted to personally thank our waitresses Bella & Jen. Their service was phenomenal. They were so genuinely helpful, kind, charismatic and you could tell they want to be here. The customer service they displayed is a rare commodity these days. Would definitely come back just for their positive vibes.
