Went for a weekday pickup lunch. Since it was before noon the place only had one customer. We were able to order right away. The cashier was not mean or surly at all, just seemed weary already. Anyways, our order was prepared correctly and the subs assembled thoughtfully and properly, which is important because I don’t care for it when my food order is slapped together haphazardly. They did not skimp on the ingredients and the produce was fine. Although we didn’t eat in the dining room was clean and it looked like the drink station was kept up. Overall we had a good experience.

Berdeal was absolutely amazing. When I ordered my gluten free sandwich, he immediately asked if it was preference or allergy. I made him aware ofy allergy and he made sure to inform the associates to clean and try as much as possible to avoid my food getting contaminated with gluten. His compassionate nature was exactly what I needed. I know there's always a risk with trying to be gluten free, but with the extra precautions, it was outstanding customer service! I love my engineer fully involved. Thank you!

I come here once or twice a week to get a large or medium New York steamer sub. The customer service is excellent. Shout out to Roman and Shelby Like pls Firehouse Give those two people a raise cause they deserve it.

The staff this evening was exceptional! Polite, thoughtful, and courteous… and I’ve never been disappointed with the food at Firehouse subs. The plus is eating supports a good cause.

I had the Italian sub and my husband had the Engineer and I think his was better! Just by a little bit, though. Firehouse subs is really good! And it’s cool that they are always raising money for charity. Super cool of them.
This particular facility is clean and the staff is very good. We had a delicious meal served pretty quickly. 🙂👍🏻

Great location, clean and spacious dining area. Customer service was excellent. Employees are welcoming and professional. Shoutout goes to Scott who helped me with my “Name Of The Day” order today and ensured that I had a pleasant and good dining experience. Food and beverage we’re great tasting at this location.

Not only is the food and service at San Jose Firehouse excellent but they go above and beyond when needed. I tripped and fell outside their shop yesterday and they came to my aid immediately. They assisted me to my feet and provided their first aide kit for my scraped arm. Lovely caring people. Thank you so much.

The cashier was really pleasant the sandwich put together like I wanted. However, it took much longer to get it than I thought. I was late to work waiting roughly 15+ mins, but I guess I'll have give myself more than 15 minutes next time. If not for that I'd give 5 stars 🌟
