First of all Longhorns is the best! Everything was great except our waitress did not seem to want to be there we ordered Cokes with cherries no cherries oil and vinegar for the salad and empty oil jar appeared never did come back and ask if everything was all right never did ask if we wanted dessert just brought the check. Very unlike other wonderful servers there at Longhorns her name was Emily other than that we were fine and that food was above excellent! I shall be returning next Tuesday and I'll make sure I do not get Emily haha

Came in for dinner a few weeks ago and had the best service! Stefanie made sure we fully enjoyed our meal and experience. We loved our steaks and sides, cooked and seasoned to perfection. This is probably my favorite out of all the chain steakhouses.

My outlaw rib eye steak was cooked perfectly rare and was Awesome, my wife ordered the smaller rib eye at medium rare and it was a little over done for her , but no problem the manager came out and had her another one right out and done the way she liked it . The staff was very friendly Manager was really nice and helpful, drinks were not watered down . All in all had a very good meal and time . Will be back . Thanks to All the staff !!

Great filet with 2 sides for just $26. Always great. Highly recommend the sautéed mushrooms, which is a standard side...beyond outstanding. Excellent 6 Oz "Flo Filet".

The food was as expected, tasty. I did notice that they cooked the burgers my coworker and I got slightly less than the way we ordered, probably to save on time since they were slammed when we got there. The service was to be expected for them being so busy, it did help that they had someone take drink orders and bring bread while we waited on the actual waiter to get to the table though. Not a bad night overall.

My husband and I have always loved Longhorn, and this particular location is a fantastic example of why we enjoy the franchise. We have eaten at this restaurant numerous times since moving to Jacksonville in early 2023. Each and every item has been delicious. Thank you for giving your customers a five-star experience.

By far the BEST LongHorn we have been to. Service was great, drinks were perfect and the food was delicious and cooked perfectly. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

Five Star experience at this Longhorn Restaurant. Everything worked out well and it was still fairly busy. Ali L is the definition at awesome and skilled. Food was clearly well prepared, utensils neatly organized the kitchen actually remembered a small request and this is just a really great place to be. I think this also should come back and be credited to Manager Brad Priest. 🥩
