Panera Bread

Newer location. Drive-thru available. Good food, but the place could be cleaner -- trash on the floor, and the customer service at the register could be better -- people really need to learn to leave their cell phones alone when they're serving the public. Very rude. This seems to be happening more and more. I know 'We're All' addicted to our phones, but we need to have discipline when we're working to resist the screen 📲 📱....

Never would have thought about Panera for breakfast, but I found it on Uber Eats because I was craving a cinnamon roll. It was so good. Never going anywhere else for cinnamon rolls. Also had the bacon soufflé which was great - so flavorful and savory. Chai latte is just ok but everything else was superb.

I came into the regency location & I was pleasantly surprised how fast my order came up. Thor had just clocked in and knew I was a regular. I ordered the new Black Forest ham and gouda French baguette. This location is consistently always on top of their game. The coffee is always hot and fresh. The staff is always friendly and I haven't had any problems here since 2005. It is family friendly and there are always nice people promoting positive energy. Many Bible studies go on here and even the customers are so courteous to new strangers visiting the establishment. As a matter of fact , a week ago I was sitting next to a table of 8 very nice Muslims to my left, 3 Catholic priests and 3 Catholic nuns to my right, & 10 non denominational Christians directly in front of me having a nice Bible study. I sat back and took notice of the positive energy in the air all around me. One of my Christian Brothers asked me why I was smiling? I told him to look around and breathe it in brother !! Just look at the diversity all getting along. There's a lot of businesses around here that should probably take notice and get ahold of a Panera's playbook..... A very satisfied long-term customer. I've gone to this location several times now and the food & service are consistently good. My favorite breakfast item is the sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich on asiago bagel. It's combining two great items, the asiago bagel and the traditional breakfast sandwich so it's like a masterpiece in my mind. It's definitely a splurge for a Friday morning before work. I wanted to give a shout out to Gregory at the drive through counter today. His friendly, upbeat, and professional attitude is an absolute gem to have at this store.

If this were a review of food and drink then it would be an awesome five stars. But there is more to a restaurant than just the food. The food and drink at Panera 🍞 Bread is the definition of awesome. Whether this is the regular items such as sandwiches and salads or the seasonal items like the newly released sausage and pepperoni 🍕. Coffee and drinks are also this. So, why four stars instead of five? Two things at Panera Bread need improvement. For starters, there is always a line at this restaraunt, be thinking lengthy wait as customers can't decide what they want to order. Of course the self service kiosks would be helpful if they actually worked, and did not freeze up. Of the kiosks that worked they had no pagers so it's the call out of your name to get your order. This amongst the door dash drivers also looking for their orders and individuals trying to get to the nearby almost empty drink machines and the bathrooms. 🚽 And then the issue which I think is an issue. Panera has a good corporate policy of support for the environment. 🏞️ This is shown in the garbage bins that are labeled recycled and landfill. This is clearly good and societal conscious policy. If this were the policy. Last visit I was separating the recycled items and an employee stated: "It all goes to the same place, the dumpster." Not good. 🥖 Update: Panera Bread appears to be catering or positioning themselves for Asian and other markets with some new soups and a barbeque chicken salad being offered. There can be no doubt this leads somewhere. 🥖🍞🥘🦞

I haven’t visited this location for awhile considering I’ve moved from the Arlington area years ago. The sandwiches, bagels & chocolate chip cookies are just as fresh & delicious as I remember. My toddler LOVES it as well & he can be a picky little guy (lol). I will say this was my first time trying the iced coffee & I wasn’t impressed. I’m a girl that enjoys tasting the rich coffee bean through all the foo-foo syrup flavors. I requested half & half with a pump of vanilla (the young lady in the drive-thru wasn’t the friendliest) & as you can see, they overdid it. I won’t be back for the coffee; just the other treats & meals.
