Their employees are always friendly and courteous. The sandwiches taste great and are even better than some American restaurants. The store is really clean as well! I suggest people to come here to order sandwiches.

I recently had a fantastic experience at this Firehouse Subs restaurant. The customer service was excellent, and they promptly fixed an issue with my order. Caleb, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The food was delicious, and the restaurant was clean and inviting. Highly recommended! Thank you, Caleb, and the entire staff!

I tried the new Firehouse subs app today and had no issues. I had previously been very disappointed with the old app. The new app worked as expected and I am very happy with it so far. My food was ready when expected and tasted great. Thank you for the overhaul on the app. I will be back more frequently now since Firehouse does make the best subs.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE ‼️‼️. First time I EVER went into a business with ALL YOUNG ADULTS and service was excellent. The cashier Ty’Asia was exceptionally great! This is my new favorite Firehouse location. The manager welcomed me as soon as I came in. She said there would be a 10 to 15 min wait time which put my mind at ease. I like knowing what to expect.
The food was perfect! Toasted just right. I hate spending so much on lunch and it be awful. This was an excellent value because it was perfect. Thanks for hiring that awesome manager. She got it done.

Went in today and was instantly greeted. The manager Heather let us know there would be about a 10 minute wait. Which felt more like 5 minutes. We heard her communicating with her team and everyone that came in. She ran the place like a boss. We got our order and everything was on point !
