Jimmy John's

The reason I am rating so low is because they charge $1.69 for a cup of water. I was told it would cost the same as a regular drink. This is completely unnecessary considering I was already purchasing a $7 wrap. The wrap itself was okay, but a bit salty. UPDATE: the owner reached out to me to apologize, they informed me that a cup of water is in fact free. He also gave me another sub free of cost. I got the Cuban. It was perfect and the workers (including preparers) all had masks covering their mouths and noses.

I absolutely love this jimmy johns. They actually care and it really shows. They consistently deliver excellent customer service, friendly smiles, and amazing, fresh, accurate , FAST , food. Never had a negative experience here. I will drive out of my way to come to this location even if I’m farther away from it and another Jimmy Johns is closer. I know they’re going to take care of me here. Everybody from the managers all the way down to the people taking the orders and making my subs care about what they are doing. My food is fast and accurate every time. The restaurant always looks clean. The grounds are immaculate When I gave praise to the manager today, he said I appreciate it, but make sure you tell me when we mess up, otherwise we can’t get it right To me- that says it all. So much respect for how much you respect your customers. It deserves a shout out Ps. I would definitely sign up for the rewards program through the app. I eat here 2 to 3 times a week and I’ve already earned multiple free chips and subs and drinks. Like I needed more reasons to keep coming here! 😁 thank you for taking my food so seriously

Avoid this jimmy John's at least for delivery. My house ordered a sandwich and requested to have the sandwich left at the door. The driver was also instructed "do not knock or ring doorbell" . The driver knocked and my son took the sandwich and reminded the driver of the instructions who then gave my son the finger and walked away. We called the store and the manager could care less. He also told us he would not provide any contact information for the owner. I am guessing employees like this are most likely the type to spit in your sandwich. Eat at your own risk. UPDATE TO THIS - The regional store manager called me back. He was mortified. He apologized up and down and even bought us a free lunch. I am changing my review to positive because of the actions of the regional manager named Alex. After speaking with him I am sure he was dealing with a rogue employee. I am also convinced he is committed to delivering world class CX. Alex turned a negative into a positive for Jimmy Johns. Way to address this head on.
