I've never been in a Firehouse that wasn't great, and this location continues the greatest. I love a organization that training it's staff in excellent customer service.

Food is good, service quick and easy, cost is reasonable. Tea was fresh and not sour/old.

Food was good, prepared as asked except for barbecue sauce was not on the side for the beef brisket sandwich. Otherwise good food.

The food, service, quality is excellent the several times I’ve stopped off here on the way to Freshfield Farms. The gentlemen saw my hands were full with my kids so they put everything in a box to make things easier on me. Small gestures like that really make a business great, and I appreciate it. Few places left that are courteous and consistent. Thank you.

My coworkers and I ordered food on a Friday right at opening. When I got there to pick it up they were so nice. Had everything ready. Made sure I had containers to carry everything and helped get it to my car. The food was amazing as well. We were all very happy.

Came here to study and grab a sub and was surprised by how positive the staff and store was! The staff were all having fun but clearly working hard, things were stocked, being cleaned, everyone was greeted by name, and food came out fast and accurate.
Stayed to study a bit longer and turned my afternoon around tremendously ❤️
Edited to add: just heard a guy ask his coworker to grab something from the back... All pleases, thank yous, and jokes. My god these people are a ray of sunshine

Firehouse, not once have you failed my order and not once have I taken the honor of leaving you a well deserved review. My apologies for not doing this sooner. You guys are always accurate with my orders and your meals are always well cooked, seasoned and straight to the point how I requested them. I truly appreciate your business being a part of our community. Please don't ever go away!

The sub and the person who took my order were great. The crew that made my sandwich forgot the Mac and cheese, luckily I was eating here so they happily corrected that. The soda machine was sputtering and didn't taste right, but the tea was good. I don't recommend the Mac and cheese.
