Kathy's Table

My fiancé and I are visiting for the weekend and are both gluten-free and dairy free. Based on all the outstanding reviews, we decided to stop in to Kathy’s Table. We were immediately greeted by Bess, who is one of the sweetest and most welcoming humans I have ever met. She explained the back story of why Kathy’s Kitchen was started and gave us a rundown of the food in the grab and go fridge. We ended up getting a meal that was delicious, and the protein bars and cookies which were amazing. I highly recommend this place for anyone who enjoys great food and even better hospitality.

Just found this place! Grabbed several different options for both me and the fiancé. Everything is gluten-free and dairy-free. Most desserts do have nuts though. Fine for me, but the fiancé can’t have them. We had the Vegan Mac-N-cheese for lunch and the Chocolate espresso Chia pudding. Both were excellent! Looking forward to trying everything:) We will definitely be back. Each meal seems to be between $8-$10, which is less than if you ordered takeout, but much healthier! So impressed <3 Update: the chocolate peanut butter protein bars are the BEST I’ve ever tasted. The oats in the peanut butter layer remind me of these PB cookie-things my mom used to make. The sauce used in the Shwarma Tofu is like a sweeter, thicker yellow curry and it is just FABULOUS. Will be buying more of that before the menu changes next week.

I ordered a la carte delivery from Kathy's Table while staying near the Mayo Clinic to recover from surgery, and I have to say that the food and the service were amazing!! I've ordered from a lot of different healthy meal delivery services in my day but none have been as delicious, varied, and well-proportioned as these! The prices are reasonable and the delivery was great too – the driver took care to improve our cooler setup when they came to deliver the food and we weren't there to receive it. Wish there was Kathy's Table in Brevard too! Thank you for helping with my recovery!

I went to the Philips hwy location to try them out because I have previously bought my meal prep from another company here in Jax and wanted to try Kathy's Table out. You can just walk in and purchase a meal or two, or a few. The girl answered all my questions and she was very professional. I got a few things to try them out and I can now say that they won a lifetime client! The food is delicious and the amount is perfect! I can't wait to order from them for all my meal prepping! The only "downside" is that If you order your meals, you need a 4 week commitment, and if you just go purchase them at the location you pay retail price, which is a little pricey. You NEED to try the food though! Don't let the price scare you, it's definitely worth every penny! You can thank me later. 🙂
