I’m so offended. You have a vegetarian menu. I order a vegetarian Mexican pizza and I bite in and get meat. I’m disgusted!!! You guys are the worst. My order is never correct.

No fire sauce and rude staff.
Update: once again rude staff and no breakfast salsa. As a huge Taco Bell fan it's a shame this is the one closest to my house.
Update 2: What's the point in remodeling and heavily advertising breakfast if they're always going to have equipment issues and say they can't make anything. 12/18.
Update 3: Must be new management. Everything is perfect now.

They NEVER add fire sauce when you order through food delivery apps. We've ordered SEVERAL times putting like 10 fire sauces, impossible NOT to see. Usually the food is on point, but last night they sent two regular cheesy gordito crunches when I ordered the Doritos kind. That being said, it's the closest to us and we are still avoid TB lovers so we continue ordering in hopes that one day the sauces will be included. 😆

The food was excellent and made quickly, the restaraunt was very clean and the employees were helpful. The main door was still locked at 1030am,(not sure why) so check the door next to the drive thru if so.

Typically very prompt and keeps the line at the drive-thru and inside moving quickly. If you don't like waiting, skip the place during 12:00 to 2:00 p.m., traditional lunch time, and 5 to 6:30 p.m. otherwise, go for it. A nice Taco Bell.

I found this to be a great TacoBell. My food taste fresh, ingredients and preparation. All of the staff were very polite and friendly. Mrs. Angie is the best! Thanks TacoBell.

I come to this location often and the service is great, the employees are awesome and they always have my soda available (Baja Blast). Shameek is always friendly and ensures my order is ready quickly and always greets me when I enter the store. The entire team here is exceptional. I don't go to other locations since this one is so reliable and personable. Manager is awesome, too!! Love this Taco Bell in Jacksonville @ 13160 Atlantic Blvd. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Who doesn't like Taco Bell! The only thing I would say they should work on, is to be more efficient or more speedy in the Drive Through. We actually sat in line in the Drive Through at the Order Box for approximately 6 minutes before someone said, How are you today, How may I help you. While I understand being busy, 6 minutes with NO ANSWER from any employee, is too long to let customers sit without an answer. Other than that, Awesome Food.

I recently visited Taco Bell and had a great experience. The drive-through service was quick and efficient, and the employee, Kaylb, was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and met my expectations. I would definitely recommend this location to others and return in the future.
