Ok, I don't give all 5 star because people think you're family or friends. I am neither. But the Food was excellent, the portions are so big they will kill you. Atmosphere is like 40+ year old family restaurant. I personally love the old restaurant atmosphere. So is it 5 star? To me, yes, it is. Good food, good price, good old family restaurant.

From the phone call to place the to-go order, up to picking up the food and hearing about the restaurant's history, a great dining experience.
The pizza and wings were excellent, and I will definitely be back for more of that pizza soon.
There aren't but about five or six restaurants in the entire Duval county that I would recommend, this is one of them.

I have been so so so blessed to have been able to soak up the whole experience dinning in and taking out for 31 years... Always enjoyed the food and wonderful atmosphere and also the same faces of the most amazing team of cook's, waiters and cashiers around so much more than 5 stars 🤩!!! Also one of the only places I know of that has never had to change up the menu... That Says a lot.

Real pizzeria with excellent pizza in Jacksonville. They’ve been around for a while. Searching for the best chicken parm sub in Jax? This might be the place. Not much parking, but l luckily not that busy the few times I’ve been there.

Honest review here - The food, prices, and people are great. However, the building and furnishings are very old and in need of some upgrades. Won't stop me from eating there, though.

I am from Boston. Moved down to Florida ten years ago and I miss the northern pizza/sub/salad shops. They just do it different up there in New England. Uncle Charlie’s brought Boston down to Jacksonville. The pizza is amazing. The calzones are cooked perfect and huge. But my absolute fave is the Chicken Parm sub.
Be patient going in there. It’s NOT fast food. But the quality is worth the wait. Everything is hand/home made so it is going to take time to cook. My new go-to sub spot.

This family run restaurant serves authentic Italian pizzas and subs..to name a fee of my favorite items. Best place in town!

A local mom and pop spot. Wonderful customer service. Everyone that walked in the door was welcomed. Large portions, non greasy food, beef meatballs very tender, ravioli good a little over cooked but still worth it. Great place to sit and socialize while eating.
